Poor communication and and booking issues. I messaged the property owner just hours of checking in, to only be notified there is a “booking issues “ and the rental is not available. Let’s hope I get my refund. This seems to be a common issue.

The owner of this property sent me a message at 1230 in the afternoon that my unit was double booked, I was already at the unit when I saw the message. There was nothing left for the weekend and my trip cost me at least double and I lost my groceries. FYI there’s no pic of the front or street because you wouldn’t have wanted to stay. She did offer to let me use the other vrbo for one night doesn’t help when your staying 2
