The space
Welcome to this downtown modern getaway. This home has high-end appliances, custom furnishings, and luxury interior finishes. This modern space has a clean vibe while still feeling warm and inviting. Our modern space is appointed with unique local art and has clear, warm, inviting vibe.

The over 1,000sqft of living space feels much larger with the open kitchen and living areas, oversize bathroom, and vaulted ceilings through-out.

If you don’t feel like dinner out, cozy up and prepare a meal on the Bosch gas cooktop using the full host of kitchen utensils and spices. Kitchen gadgets include coffee pot, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, electric tea pot, popcorn maker, and toaster.

The living space includes a custom sized large couch and internet connected TV on swivel mount.

For the winter visitors, turn up the bathroom heat and shake off those cold excursions in the oversize soaking tub while streaming your favorite show on the TV. The glass and tile shower is complete with a dual head shower valve. Soft luxury towels are included.

Retire to one of the bedrooms complete with custom built bed frames and high end linens. The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, and workspace nook that includes desk and chair. The second bedroom is complete with queen bed, small closet, and dresser. Both rooms have end tables, lamps, and white noise machines to mitigate any street traffic.

Full size washer and dryer are included.

Guests will not have access to the garage, however there is ample driveway parking as well as parking on the street. The space is on the 2nd floor so guests should not be adverse to climbing stairs.

Guests will have access to all areas inside and outside the home with the exception of the garage.

• Security camera is located outside and views the front of the house and entry
• Non-guest doors and areas are alarmed and monitored
