Dad’s weekend

Perfect place for me for Dad’s weekend at my son’s fraternity. Close to campus and the fraternity. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again

Great Central Tucson Rental

This is a great spot to rent in Central Tucson, and less expensive than the cheapest nearby motels. I was in town for almost a week, so having a space with a kitchen was a great bonus (without the expense of a hotel suite). The only (minor) issue was that while I was pleased to be on the ground floor (an injury makes pulling luggage up a flight of stairs difficult) the days I had an upstairs neighbor you could hear them going up and down the stairs and walking around. It is an older building, so I wasn't surprised, and the renter did respect the host's instructions and was not noisy during the quiet hours reiterated by the host, so if you are looking for absolute serenity, this may not be a good fit. I will suggest to my friends visiting Tucson that they should stay at this rental. I was also impressed with the host's quick response time to questions.

I am a fourth generation Arizonan and our family loves everything Tucson, Arizona. The Historic West University property is conveniently 6 minutes walking distance to the University of Arizona and about 10 mintues walking distance to nearby shopping on 4th Avenue, local family restaurants near and Downtown city center, and many outdoor activities to enjoy year round.

What makes this property unique

The property is centrally located with a lovely rear courtyard and a concrete bench with sitting (up to 8). A gas BBQ for grilling and relaxing with family and friends. Located 5 minutes by car to The Tucson Convention Center and many local restaurants, breweries, and vendors to enjoy during your vacation.
