Quality, but with some hiccups.

Overall the stay was great. The location and neighborhood was great. The unit was clean and accessible. And communication with host was immediate. However, there were a few areas to be improved. For starters, the microwave did not work and the shower was hard to operate. Additionally, there was somewhat limited glass where and cook wear that made it necessary to do dishes after every 2 meals or so with my brother and I. Nonetheless, those were not very limiting and the stay was superb. Would stay again.

Decent place to stay but....

The only MAJOR downfall was the A/C. When we arrived, it was 82° in the house (very hot for the time of month) and took a very long time to get remotely cool. When we entered both bedrooms, it felt like outside (100° or better). I reached out to property manager, and I assumed they were going to send someone out to at least look at it, if not fix it, but didn't. It was VERY uncomfortable sleeping especially with the air conditioner powering on and off like every 2 minutes, literally, (very nosey). A couple of times the thermostat went from 70°(A/C) to 80° (HOT), I'm guessing they have it programmed. The bathroom sink and tub drains slow. The brand new microwave, didn't work. Last but not least, there was old ice in the ice tray that I dumped to replace, and upon refilling, water was EVERYWHERE, from in the freezer, to the fridge, to the floor. Oddly, there was broken glass in the kitchen sink that my friend cut her finger on and loose screws laying around the kitchen area. Nonetheless, if those couple few issues were addressed (fixed), I wouldn't mind staying at this property again.
