Great Location
The property was as advertised, with a bedroom and pull-out couch. It was clean and quaint, in a nice neighborhood. We were within walking distance of uptown Sedona. The owners were helpful, checking with me ahead of time to make sure we had everything lined up and asking if we needed any information. Great stay. Recommended.

Great location
There were a couple small issues with the property, nothing worth reporting here. Overall, it was a great location and a comfortable bed.

Sedona in January
Nice spot for two. We enjoy making our own meals and used the grill and kitchen appliances. Price was right.

My wife and I grew up in Michigan and graduated from MSU. I also graduated from University of Southern California. I taught high school science for the USA DoD in Germany. I taught engineering at MSU.
During my army career and my executive engineering position at Motorola my wife and I were able to travel the world and experience many cultures and environments. Thee experiences give us a clear insight into what should be provided to guests at our establishment.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a House with a Guest House so our friends and relatives can visit.
There are a nearly infinite number of things to do in Sedona Relax atop shaded boulders that dot the 16-mile gorge of Oak Creek Canyon, take a rugged Jeep tour or helicopter tour deep into Sedona's authentic Indian ruins or scale a red rock monolith that penetrates the crystal blue sky.

On the other hand, some Sedona visitors choose to do very little at sitting back and marveling at the reflection of the sun at dusk that seems to make the Red Rocks appear an even richer and more vibrant hue, as if they glowed from within. There is a strong belief that this place is home to several Sedona vortexes - specific focal points of the earth's energy - and they travel many miles just to feel the renewal of energy in their own life. Whatever the case, Sedona has a way of taking your breath away and reminding us that there aren't many places on earth quite as spectacular as Sedona.

What makes this property unique

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and StarBucks are only a short walk from the Red Rock Escape. I love to be able to walk to dinner and have as many drinks as I want and be able to walk back in the starlight to the Guest House without worrying about driving! The mountain views are as good as the outlying area with out the inconvenience of having to drive . Some Vacation rentals out of the city are not accessible when we have a rain storm. The thunder echoing off the ring of mountains around the Red Rock Escape is exciting and so mush different than in the flan lands. Their is a special feeling when driving in to Sedona which many believe is caused by the Vortexes and I am a believer the more times I visit my second home.
