A nice sized space (600 square feet) opening to a deck with views of West L.A. Features open plan living space with high ceilings, comfortable queen size bed, TV with cable, full kitchen with appliances, bathroom, central heat and a/c. Daybed and trundle with twin mattresses make this space ideal for a family of 4 or 1 couple. WIFI ready. Private entrance. PDF manual emailed with booking confirmation.

Guesthouse is in the back of the property with the front house close to the road. 71 steps lead from the street parking right in front of the main house to the guesthouse behind and down the hill. Very clean, safe & quiet surrounded by nature & beautiful panoramic hills/canyon/city views.
