We rented the main house and family members rented the guest house. Very peaceful and quiet area, house updated and spacious. Had quality family time playing board games and relaxing. Would stay again

Lovely in Livingston

This home is very lovely. A comfortable night’s stay with a wonderful living space for conversation and amazing cooking area if needed. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Birthday Weekend

The house was exactly what we needed! It was bright, clean and set up well for cooking. Plenty of room to spread out and spend time with family. The back patio was perfect for our cookout.

Super clean and cozy

We were driving to Gatlinburg and decided to stay in Livingston so we selected this home. Everything was awesome from the communication to the stay itself! If you are ever in Livingston, I would highly recommend checking this place out. Great for our family of 4. Highly recommended

Refuge in a "storm"

We had to go to Livingston to attend a family funeral and to help clean up the home of the decedent afterwards. It was a very stressful time and we needed a place to stay, and there weren't many options. We couldn't believe our luck in finding this beautiful home. We thought it had to be misleading, as it looked too good to be true. The good news is it was just as presented on line. Clean, well furnished and decorated, good wifi, great location, great layout, bedding, amenities, etc. We simply loved it and it made a tough situation much easier.
