We had a very lovely stay as a party of 5, including 2 young children (toddler and infant). The apartment was spacious, the balcony was perfect for our needs (lots of time to hang out during naps) and in general we felt like we got a great experience at a good value. A few thing I wish I'd known ahead of time:-There is no water dispenser in the fridge. I had thought there was based on the images, so it did require us to purchase drinking water. No big deal but a filter of some kind would have been even better. (There also is no ice maker but there were ice trays)-We traveled in late Feb and the balcony was almost entirely shaded all day. Worth nothing for sun worshippers. -There is only an armchair next to the king bed in the mainbedroom, but the images here show a small couch. We were glad we had brought a blow up bed for our toddler rather than planning to use the couch. -To that end, cribs were available to rent from the resort but they were quite expensive in our opinion-it was cheaper to check one as a bag. -The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There were also a good amount of plates and silverware and cups but the plates are probably due for replacement soon- they were almost all quite chipped. Also, cereal bowls would have been nice to have (also for things like salsa etc)-we were able to have groceries delivered from Walmart and did Uber eats deliveries which ended up a much better value than the resort food prices/AYCE

Overall it was a great stay. It would have even been better if the AC worked properly. The main living AC emitted stale air, only cool the first 2 days. We made sure to close all doors and lock them. Still no AC. Bedrooms were fine.

Fabulous condo!

The condo was immaculate and spacious and well-appointed. The best part was the huge balcony with the spectacular view! The pool area was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great - about a mile walk (or taxi) to the marina with tons of restaurants and shops (and a gigantic supermarket). I highly recommend if you are going to Cabo!

This was our 3rd time in Cabo San Lucas and this villa was the best by far. It was in the perfect location right on the beach and close to the marina. The service and amenities were awesome. The villa itself was spacious and a perfect space for our party of 6 adults. It was clean and modern. It had everything you would need while on vacation. The pool was perfect. Always seating and the service was great. The grounds were perfectly kept. Many options for dining and close to supermarket for at home meals. I would highly recommend staying at La Estancia!

Fantastic resort.

Absolutely loved our stay here. My husband and I came with our adult son and his wife. The bedroom set up was extremely comfortable for the four of us. The view off the patio is exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. The pool and swim bar are awesome. The food was beyond delicious at all of the restaurants on site or at the adjacent resort. We went for a massages one day at the spa next-door. One day we went to the baby turtle release at the conservation program. You can do jet skis, right outside of the resort. The beach is about two minute walk straight out From the resort. The location couldn’t have been better. I very highly recommend this VRBO unit. Communication with the owner was excellent. We definitely want to come back.

Friends Annual Getaway

Two friends and I just returned from Cabo and the spectacular Villa La Estancia. The best description of villa 2301 is WOW! From the moment we walked thru the door until we reached the beautiful view from balcony that was all we could say. Every morning we sat on the balcony drinking our coffee and wishing we could stay longer than a week. The grounds are constantly being manicured, housekeeping was great and any problem (only one while we were there) was taken care of immediately. We visited several of the restaurants at VLA and adjoining properties and the food and service in each of them was exceptional. We developed a friendship with Jose who worked the front door and took up our luggage. He was a great help with directions and letting us know places to go and things to do. We have rented condo's on vrbo.com several times but can truthfully say that this was by far our best yet and would love to take a return trip!
