🧹 Pool is professionally serviced weekly (net provided for quick touch-ups)
Pools are serviced weekly. Being outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may blow into the pools between service but this will not necessitate additional cleanings. A pool net is provided if leaves cause any inconvenience in between cleanings.

🌱 Lawn, pest and other exterior maintenance may occur during your stay (minimal disruption). We will request guest permission if any interior access is needed but this is rare.

Property was as listed. Quiet safe street, backyard has tons of privacy. Pool area was the perfect place to relax. Spacious inside with great living room area and kitchen / dining room. Every amenity you could want and the beach chairs and umbrella are a great touch. Would stay again

Thought of everything

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, the house offered so many supplies and things we needed, it made us feel right at home. The property manager was MORE than helpful and accommodating, always responding right away to any questions we had. The back yard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We would definitely return to this location.

Pompano Beach vacation property

We booked our stay for this property for 1 week and we were impressed by the home, it exceeded our expectations! It is located in a nice quiet community, close to the beach where all the action is taking place, very nicely and tastefully decorated, the quality of furniture is impressive, we really enjoyed the home and we felt like home. It had everything we needed to cook inside or outside, on the grill, really cannot think of anything else we might've need it, we really enjoyed the game room, great idea for the space to be used! Please have the confidence that it is a great vacation home, you won't regret it!

The Best! Stay here!

The inside is stunning and just as pictured if not better! The decor was outstanding and so clean and new. Great walk-in closets too! Highly recommend staying here. Has everything you need. We planned on a beach vacation yet with the 1000 year epic storm, we loved the game room. Ronny is incredibly responsive, thoughtful and kind. He helped us navigate canceled flights and the possibility of extending our stay! The backyard was great for cookouts with the built in BBQ and fridge under a covered outside seating area with fire table plus another seating area with a fire pit. There was a volleyball net, cornhole board. Such an oasis! We could bike or walk to Publix as well as to Living Green for smoothies, coffee and gourmet food! Could go on and on.
