About this property

904A Romar House a spacious, three bedroom two bathroom, property overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, accommodates 6. Great location on the 9th floor has views of the Gulf of Mexico that go on for miles and miles. The living room has comfy seating to relax and unwind after a big beach day. The fully equipped, well stocked kitchen, with all appliances, under counter ice machine, great bar area, dining seating for all your guests, allow family meals with ease. The large primary bedroom a king bed, and more spectacular views. Step out of the main bedroom to the balcony with outdoor seating! The primary bath is private. The secondary guest bedrooms feature a double bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second. The hall bath with tub shower combination is shared hall access for your guests. All bedrooms have flat screen TV. Laundry has full size washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Romar House invites with manicured landscaping, palms trees, and gated entrance will have guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, swim up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Two parking passes only are provided per reservation. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.

Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc., will need to be arranged off site and are not included in the rental pricing.

*** The HOA of Romar House will embark on a significant project, replacing the northside exterior railings for 1 and 6-stack units in the A and B buildings. This endeavor, starting on 04/15/24, is expected to last approximately six weeks.

***Two parking passes only are provided per reservation; the cost is $120.00 for both passes. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.

Great space and wonderful location

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament and had the best time. The condo was nicely maintained and had a wonderful location. The space was great for our family and the dedicated, covered parking was nice. Definitely recommend!
