Kitchen has a separate ice maker to fill your cooler. The master bedroom has a large window so you can watch the sunrise from your bed! Or pull the shades down to sleep in. We are a fun-loving family of 6 who enjoys spending time on the beach no matter the season. We live in land-locked Dallas so escaping to the ocean feeds our souls. And the delicious fresh fish feeds our bellies! Now that our kids are almost grown, we have more time to travel, when we are not at the beach we may be in the mountains. The beautiful outdoors is the place to be.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for many reasons- it feels like home when you are there. The condo is larger than most for a 3 bedroom, the grounds are planted and maintained beautifully, the building is "low density" so you have more space per person on the beach than the larger condo buildings. We have family that also have a unit in the same building so we now have a family compound to enjoy larger reunions.

What makes this property unique

A low-density building means fewer people will be on the beach in front of the condo. This is important in the summer when those in larger buildings are hunting for a spot in the sand. We have a closet in the parking garage with beach chairs and some toys, plus a cart to roll it in.
