We have stayed there many many times and have NEVER been disappointed. Love this unit immensely. You just can’t beat the view and convenience. Love it and it never fails.

Best view of the beach and gulf from a ground floor unit! Great pools! Walkable restaurants, and very convenient to OB shops. The entire property is very clean and well-maintained. We would stay here again. Only complaint is the 9am checkout time...way too early for a beach rental, especially in the off-season!!

We do offer early check in and late checkout options, when available, which allow arrival at 1 PM and departure at 12 PM. These can typically be arranged up to five days before arrival or departure. The assistance at the property and through the property management was horrible. Also on our last night 3 random men entered our condo to replace a sink (that had been working fine) right before dinner and with no warning. When I called about this they insisted they had to replace the sink right then and offered no flexibility or compensation for the inconvenience. Very difficult to work with
