*** As of 9/22 the balcony will be closed due to a lot of major issues going on with the handrails. A temporary repair will be made when the project gets started in November. No exact date has been put in place.***



***Construction Notice:



Coastal Contractors will be doing some hallway grinding starting September 14th for 2 weeks- this is to give them a huge head start on repairs and that tight deadline. Two men with small grinders will work on the slab edges in the North hallways and stairwells. It will be noisy at times and dusty. They will also be staging the last week of October and setting up their zones.



Please be aware that exterior restoration work is scheduled at the property during the winter months. While the work is being completed, guests may experience construction noise and temporary restrictions to balcony access.



November–December:

The most significant construction activity is expected during these months. Work will include concrete repairs to balconies/patios and stairwells, including jackhammering and other concrete-related work. A drainage system will also be installed at the 3rd stack, along with concrete leveling. Construction crews and engineers are expected to be on site daily until this phase of the project is complete. Guests should anticipate periods of significant construction noise during daytime hours.



January–February:

Construction activity is expected to be less intensive than during November and December. Work will include repairs to slab edges, spalling concrete, cracks, and other areas of the building. Deck coating will also be applied, which is a multi-step process. During portions of this work, balconies may be temporarily unavailable for approximately one week at a time. Ceiling painting will also take place during this period.***



Romar Place 201 is a three-bedroom, three-bath east corner condo with an incredible Gulf-front panoramic view from the 2nd floor.

• Access to the balcony is available from the living room, primary bedroom, and third bedroom.



• Tile and vinyl plank flooring are installed throughout the unit.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats four, with four additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• The third bedroom features two twin-size beds.



• Skip the long lines - keyless entry ensures easy check-in and check-out.



ROMAR PLACE HOA RULES:



• This is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony.



• Guests are required to purchase parking passes on-site upon arrival. Limit of two passes per unit, $50 each (credit or debit cards only). Maximum of two cars allowed.



• Trailers and RVs are prohibited on the property.



• Minimum age to rent is 25.



• The Romar Place HOA strictly enforces a maximum of eight guests per unit, including children, and a maximum of two vehicles.



• Registered guests are not allowed to have visitors on the property during the summer season (May through Labor Day).



• Mail and packages cannot be sent to the unit or property.
