This professionally decorated unit is located on the ground floor. Our backyard is the Gulf of Mexico! You will have no bother with waiting on elevators or taking the stairs. Walk out the back door and you are on your way to the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach. Our patio is convenient to the pool and you can enjoy the beach while watching your children swim.
Our bottom floor unit is three bedrooms and two baths. There are 4 flat screen televisions, DVDs, well stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer and very comfortable mattresses. Bedrooms have block out drapes in case you want to sleep in.

Romar Place is a well kept complex. We are located close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and have the most beautiful beach. Sunsets are spectacular.

So relaxing!!

Condo was comfy and clean and the property was amazing. Pool was literally a few feet from the condo and beach was just past that!! Gloria was attentive and checked in to make sure all was well!!! I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay there again!!

Beautiful Condo

This property was absolutely perfect! We loved that it was on the bottom floor!!! Pool was located just across the gate to the left and the beach was right out front of our sliding door! The condo has been updated since the pictures on the original listing! It is absolutely beautiful and has all the comforts of home! Gloria was a pleasure and was super accommodating!

Thanksgiving Week

We had a great Thanksgiving week stay with our daughter and her family. The heated indoor pool and sauna were a hit and they were only 50 feet from the door. The beach access was just as good The condo was well maintained and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with all the equipment we needed.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Loved everything about this condo! Being on the first floor right next to the pool and beach access made our lives so easy with our kids. Condo had everything you could possibly need, owner was incredibly friendly and fast to respond. I would absolutely book this place again solely for the convenience of it being steps from the pool and beach!

One of the best I have ever stayed! Amazing views!!! So convenient going right out your back door to the pool and beach. Super clean and stocked!!! We had everything we needed including the blender and crockpot! Owner is such a pleasure to work with! I wouldn't book anywhere else!

Family trip

When you have a family the most important thing is location! This one was PERFECT! Pool and beach both steps away. Family friendly atmosphere. The condo has everything you need and then some. The only complaint came from the kids and it was the WiFi was kind of weak and their Nintendos wouldn’t connect. The adults didn’t care and honestly the kids didn’t need them anyway. Beach time was all that was necessary.we will be back!

Great condo at a great location!

This is the second year we've stayed at this condo. The ground floor level that walks right out to the pool and board walk to the beach is unbeatable. The condo offers plenty of room for our family to comfortably stay and have all the amenities to make it through. The location of orange beach is also fantastic. So many fun things to do and places to go. Chute em up parasail was fantastic and so was the Fun Boat dolphin cruise and water war! Plenty of great places to eat in the area also. We plan to continue to return for future vacations as well!

Excellent Location!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The location was great and having a first floor unit was key. It was very nice to be able to walk right out to the pool or beach. Unit had everything we needed. The condo grounds were kept fantastically clean. The grounds crew was always working! Condo is located close to restaurants and groceries. Thank you Gloria for allowing us to use your condo!

Awesome ground floor Condo

Place was great. Comfortable clean and back door right out to the beach or outdoor swimming pool. Washer and dryer was great to have. Dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and a full kitchen. Two full sized bathrooms, with hair dryers.Bring your own beach towels. Closet outside with chairs beach toys etc. We ordered food to be delivered just after arrival from Walmart. Don’t forget to buy charcoal for the grill! White sand and sooo many shells to find!! Loved it!

Family fun!

Loved this unit, and location! Ground unit, right beside pool and beach access! Property manager was wonderful and I feel like if we would have needed anything she would have responded immediately. The grounds are monitored closely by the security and on-site management which made us feel safe and know that if we needed anything it would be handled. There was a loud group a few patios over however once we went inside we couldn’t here them. So altogether a wonderful family stay. The condo had everything we needed for meals and stay for a week.

Beautiful location

From start to finish a perfect stay. Lovely place, everything you could possibly need was provided. Very clean, and very comfortable. Great beds, comfortable seating, easy dining and cooking. The view was fantastic. Have stayed many places on the gulf, and this is my favorite so far. Also, the building and facilities are so well maintained. I noticed everyday someone cleaning the grills, mopping the floors, cleaning walkway, pool etc. I was very impressed and went out of my way to telling the workers how great it was cared for. Really, really loved the entire experience. Thank you Gloria.....most kind to share your lovely condo.

Family girls trip with one small guy

This was our first time to stay at this ground floor unit and I must say it was awesome! The new keypad lock that had just been installed was easy to use and very convenient .I just texted the code to each person's phone. Not having to keep up with room keys or who had the keys was great! We were impressed that it was programmed to change at our check in time and our code wouldn't work until that time.Very safe.The unit itself was better stocked than any other place we have stayed and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had an 18month old with us this year and it was great being only steps from the pool and the beach. We loved being able to open up the patio doors and let him play with his trucks on the fenced in grass area out back. I was able to get up early each morning and sit out on the patio and watch for dolphins each morning-very restful. This was one of the best vacations I can remember and we hope to be able to book it again next year.

Alright, but overpriced…

My family came down for softball tournament and we had many of our teams families staying here. We chose this unit because it was the only ground level we could find available. We have always had ground level units just for easy access to beach. We usually have our friends hang out with us on our porch. Apparently that was a huge mistake here. I’ll start with the condo itself..some of the furniture shown in pictures was not even the same stuff in the unit. There were multiple chairs missing from the patio. It also says they had a lot of extras for kitchen equipment. This place had 2 spoons for cooking and had been used so many times that the plastic has worn off. Wasn’t impressed. It was nice to have an ice maker and the a/c worked great. Two of the pillows in the master didn’t even have pillows in the cases, it was literally just the pillow stuffing shoved in a pillow case. If we had the allotted 8 people allowed to stay here there isn’t even enough seating in the living room nor the patio for everyone to sit. Other than that it was alright. We have stayed many ground level but this one was well over $1000 more then I usually pay and was much smaller and overall not as nice. Now onto the actual resort itself. If you plan to have company over even for dinner, they threaten to evict you for not following the 8 person limit even though we were all staying at the same resort. Loved location but won’t be staying here again simply because of all the rules and price.

You will have no regrets staying in the lovely condo. Love the ground floor unit, grassy area and acess to the beach. 5 stars for cleanliness, views and communication for super easy check in. My only regret is we could not stay longer :) We will be returning!

Perfect family location

My family and I lived staying at this beautiful condo by the beach. The face that it is a floor level condo makes it perfect with kiddos. Communicating with the owner was lovely, just perfect.

My sister and I purchased this unit in 1998. To me, it is a little piece of heaven. The ease of being on the 1st floor is so appealing. Once you can avoid the elevators and not using the stairs you will be spoiled. Many of our renters book every year due to the convenience - we hope you will give it a try. Life should be easy at the beach!

We selected Romar Place because it is well kept and clean. I love this area - the beach is beautiful- perfect for early morning and late afternoon walks. The sunsets make great pictures and memories.

What makes this property unique

I love the bottom floor unit - it is so easy and the Gulf of Mexico is my back yard! Our profile picture is our family at our yearly beach reunion. As you can see, we have a great location for pictures with a fabulous background.
