Great room, great view, Brent was great to deal with. The lady at the check in counter was rude, but once you get checked in you dont have to mess with her again. I will definitely be back and will get the same room

Exceeded our expectations

This condo was by far the cleanest we have stayed in. Newly remodled. Easy checkin/parking process. Balcony view was amazing. Teenagers enjoyed the beach, in/outdoor pool, and outdoor lazy river.

Fabulous Rental

We had a perfect week in this rental. The unit was exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, amazing beds and beautiful furnishings. The owners were extremely responsive. I am a picky traveler and would stay here again without hesitation. The ability to park on the same floor as the unit is a game changer. Look no further.

Amazing 5 Star Place in Orange Beach

This place was 5 star!!!!; beautifully decorated with very tasteful beach decor; the amenities of the Phoenix West were boundless and close to everything. We have stayed at Phoenix West before but the units were not nearly as updated as this one. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we couldn't believe all the amenities just in the condo itself. This will be the place we stay in OB from now on. Too many times we have been fooled by pictures but this one was even better in person!! Hosts were gracious and responded quickly. This place is truly a gem in Orange Beach!

Great Girls Trip

We had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous 9th floor condo! It was beautifully decorated and had wonderfully comfortable beds. The condo has easy entry to the beach, great pools, and a very nice view of the gulf. The condo was very family friendly, but still surprisingly upscale. The extras were nice as well: same floor parking, a large ice maker in room, an onsite cafe,an adult only pool, a splash pad for kids and a lazy river for everyone to enjoy. We had the best time at night sitting outside looking at the crab-seekers. Needless to say, the whole place was clean and comfortable. We hated to leave! But would definitely stay here again.

Too crowded

Property was too crowded. The lazy river was so full of people it couldn’t be enjoyed. It was nasty along with the pool. The above 21 was the only clean pool and we had under 21 children so that wasn’t an option.

We are glad to know our accommodations in our unit was not an issue for you during your stay. We strive to provided the best vacation experience for all our guest. During peak season at most complexes the facility is going to be extremely busy but we are more fortunate than several complexes with having more options to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit! The unit was exactly what our group needed to comfortably spread out. The mattress in each bedroom were very comfortable (a huge deal for us)! The owners were quick to respond to questions we had prior to arrival. Overall, a great experience.

Family Beach Trip

We loved our stay at this condo and everything was as advertised and very clean. Availability of elevators and how busy everything was at the pool and beach are our only complaints which are totally out of the owners control.
