This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and Gulf!!! On the SouthEast corner with incredible views!!!

Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, quartz countertops, custom art work and modern decor!

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!

The condo's master bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a king bed and the 4th bedroom will have two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room and two cots for sleeping accommodations for 14.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the baby sitting! The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This place is stunning! The view every morning was breathtaking. Booking , cost and clean up upon leaving made this trip so incredibly easy . Definitely will be back .

Level above most vacation rentals

This is not your average vacation rental. This is an upscale experience you will not be disappointed in. The kitchen/living area is huge and surrounded by oceanfront views. The deck is expansive with enough room for oceanfront dining. Each bedroom has their own en-suite and their own magnificent view of the ocean. I can’t stress enough how nice this place is. If I were buying a condo, this would surely be at the top of the list. If you are looking for an adult getaway, this is your place. First class experience from parking on same level to unload/load, to the resort amenities, you will not be disappointed. Trust me, pay a few more dollars and go first class, you won’t regret it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit back to OB. We have been going to WaterColor. This was an awesome stay and the unit we were it was terrific ! Good access from the garage for unloading and the balcony overlooking the ocean was great. We are already talking about going back and Yes, we will request the same unit.
