Oasis, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2011

Casual luxury for large family! All four bedrooms have incredible views of the sunrise. Located on the southeast corner facing the beach, this unit has an enormous balcony. The condo was purchased earlier this year and has been completely renovated. New colorful decor will provide the perfect backdrop for tons of memories.

The condo's master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a king sized bed, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping accommodations for 14. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is also a half bath for guests.

Headed to the beach? Keep your refreshments cool with ice from the ice maker.

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

The parking garage is covered and connected to the complex. You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. The one time fee is $60 per vehicle. You may purchase up to two parking passes. The front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay, but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Other than some tired family room furniture we loved bed layouts with 2kings & 2queens in each 3rd & 4th. We would stay @Oasis again.

Great weekend getaway

My spouse and I had a wonderful time visiting Orange Beach for the first time. The condo view was exceptional, beaches were extremely clean, and everyone we talked to was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Konner’s Condo was perfect!

Girls get away

The property was wonderful! The unit was clean, comfortable, and the perfect amount of space. The balcony was exactly what we were hoping for--roomy and lots of seating. The building had lots of activities for us and we didn't need to leave the property. Nice and relaxing vacation!

Family Vacay 2021

We had a great time at Konnor's Kondo! It was a spacious condo with plenty of room for all 12 of us! The views were amazing! We loved sitting out on the balcony and taking in the sound of the ocean in the evening!

Awesome family vaca in Orange Beach

Highly recommended stay! Great facility and condo! My only caution is that the elevators at this facility can get very busy at times. Just prepare that you may have to wait a bit. We were there in heart of busy season as well. The host was awesome!

4 Vietnam vets with wife’s

4 men served together in Vietnam and they try to meet once a year along with their wife’s. We meet in different locations each year. This year was the beach and we really enjoyed the condo we rented . Had everything we needed. Will come back again loved it!!

Absolutely Amazing!

We truly enjoyed the getaway with our family. It was quiet and relaxing. The condo was spectacular inside and out with the most amazing views from every direction. The sunrises in the early morning and watching the stars come out at night while hearing the sounds from the ocean was absolutely fantastic! Were already planning a return visit! Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in Mark and Debbie’s condo. The condo was spectacular, beautifully decorated, amazing views and was fully stocked. An absolutely beautiful view!

First trip to the beach in January and couldn't have been happier with our condo! The view from the corner windows was absolutely amazing! Brought our young grandkids and even the day it rained there was plenty of room to roam. Cooked all our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The beds were so comfortable. A beautiful condo! Beach getaway

My daughter was on spring break so we decided to go to the beach for the week. The condo was perfect!! There was eight adults and we had plenty of room. Easy to communicate with the owner. They were awesome! Let us know when it was ready and if there was any issues. I would highly recommend this condo! One of if not the best we have stayed in.

Absolutely Perfect!

We love this condo, and will certainly be keeping it on our list of favorites. It is incredibly spacious and has plenty of room for a large family gathering. The views are absolutely incredible. You can stand in the kitchen and see nothing but the ocean, it’s amazing! Also, there’s a Publix right down the street, so I really appreciated having that convenience right next to the condo. Worth every penny!

Outstanding Views

The condo is exactly as you see in the pictures with amazing views from the 20th floor and impressive furnishings. Check in was a breeze and the parking (separate but reasonable fee) made it very easy. The amenities in the complex were really nice with indoor and outdoor pools and spas. On the bad weather day, it was nice to swim in the indoor pool as the storm raged outside. The beach was really nice as well with soft, white sand and even though it was still a bit chilly at times, walking along the coast and listening to the waves was relaxing. You won’t be disappointed in this outstanding property and we really enjoyed our stay.

Condo itself was great. Washing machine is very noisy. Check in was smooth however I wish I would have known that our entry code had changed from when we made our deposit. I had to call the owner for new code. The building really could use more and bigger elevators. Overall great vacation.

AMAZING!!!

The communication with the owner was outstanding. The condo is breathtaking... the balcony is the best I've ever seen and I've stayed at lots of places! Elevators are really fast. I didn't hear a single neighbor the entire time we were there. It was just us and another couple but the condo has 2 king beds and 4 queen beds... lots of room! There are beach chairs in the condo to use which was a really nice touch. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mark’s condo. The set up for our family of 11 had plenty of room in this condo. Kitchen was supplied with everything you needed to cook/bake. Mark was very responsive when we needed to communicate with him. This is a very large complex, which meant the pool stayed very crowded and wait times for elevators was less enjoyable. However, the beautiful views of the beach each day made it worth the crowds and wait! We are grateful for Mark’s display of his Christianity and his efforts in sharing the gospel to visitors in his condo through the many devotional books and biblical reading materials in this condo. We will very likely stay here again!

The BEST condo we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in a lot!

We are SO glad we last minute booked this property. Everything was perfect and Mark and Debbie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the very beginning. Such a great trip we will never forget! If you have the chance to book this property my advice is to do it ASAP - you will NOT regret it. This condo has so much space it really feels like a house. We had 2 families with a combined 11 people (4 adults and 7 kids) and we had plenty of room! PS: if I could leave 10 stars I would because 5 just doesn’t feel like enough. Thank you guys for everything! We can’t wait for another wonderful trip to Orange Beach! Our families are forever thankful for this trip and for the blessing you were to us! Thanks again!

The property was awesome! We loved the lazy river! The bar and food was great also. The condo is near everything we needed and places to eat. There was plenty of room for the 4 couples. Beds were wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The big patio was an added benefit! Highly recommended this condo. Will definitely be back in the future. The owner answered any questions I had promptly. Can’t go wrong with this one!!!

Family reunion of sisters & cousins

Wonderful condo/location/amenities/furnishings. Plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and private bathrooms for each bedroom plus a 1/2 bath. Only complaints--dishwasher does not clean well at all, and the dryer doesn't work well either. It would have been nice to have access to the hot tubs on the 14th floor which probably would have less children and been a little quieter for us "senior ladies". Other than that...just about perfect. Would love to stay here again.
