Fully furnished condo, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. Balcony, and pull out couch which turns into queen size bed. Kitchenette; stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Walking distance to the beach and to Galleria Mall. Located On the bay side. Docks and jet skis available on the back.

Pictures were very kind

The property location was great, and the hotel it is in is very nice, but they make it very clear that hotel guests get service and the owners (renters) dont get housekeeping or anything if they are out. The room could use some maintenance and maybe clearer information on what to do if we need bedding, or towels, or to check the dishwasher if there was no glasses. Couch bed had no blankets or pillows, and I was not totally sure if the sheets were clean on it. All silverware and cups in the cabinets were dirty. Not till our last day did we realize there was a dishwasher full of clean items. Beds were comfortable and clean, and the hotel was pretty quiet so that was nice.
