Brand new loft overlooking Crystal Lake with rooftop deck, steps from the beach!

Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath loft located in downtown Beulah with lake views and a rooftop deck with fire bowl! Walk outside and access the public beach on Crystal Lake and you are right next to the boat launch, shopper's dock and park. Centrally located, this space is 7 miles from Frankfort, 10 miles from Crystal Mountain, 16 miles from the beautiful Sleeping Bear Dunes and less than 25 miles to Traverse City.

This gorgeous loft is located above Christopher and Company, CPAs and does require a flight of stairs for access.

The living room has a gas fireplace and king bed in two bedrooms, and two sets of built in bunkbeds in the third. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Wifi and YoutubeTV are are available throughout.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Parking for two vehicles is available and free public parking is available one block away for any additional vehicles.

We loved this property and the location to the beach. Just steps away from a sandy beach with a large swim area. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a double decker deck with a gas fire pit. We would love to come back!

Awesome home base for exploring sleeping bear!

Great condo with tons of outdoor space and views of crystal lake, walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Jennifer was very responsive and able to accommodate an early check in and the place was spotless when we arrived. Great stay!!

One of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had! Spacious, beautifully appointed, and well-stocked, with plenty of seating and a perfect space to get ready for a wedding—including the large, light-up mirror in the primary bathroom. We loved having coffee each morning on the multi-tiered deck with views of the lake. Quiet and right in the middle of town—just a block from the bagel shop, close to the park, and steps from Crystal Lake.

Beautiful place just a block from the beach. Exactly as shown in the pictures.Would have been 5-star except the HVAC fan was abnormally noisy, especially in the master bedroom, making some squealing and duct noises and interfered with our sleep the first few days. We determined it was set to run 45 minutes each hour even when not actively cooling. We changed the thermostat setting so the fan ran less but still had to use a white noise app on our phones and were then able to sleep better.Jennifer had it looked at after we left and let us know they were able to adjust it to so it was much quieter.

Convenient and gorgeous

We enjoyed the convenience of staying in downtown Beulah with easy access to restaurants, the Betsie Trail, pickleball courts, downtown music, and Crystal Lake. And when not doing all those things — enjoying the gorgeous condo and best deck.

Beautiful Place

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place, especially the two level deck with great views over the lake. The home is beautifully decorated, super clean, updated, well stocked and in a great location if you like to people watch out the front or watch the pretty view out the back.

Great spot!

We had an amazing stay! The house had everything we needed plus some extra goodies. Well decorated - felt like home! The photos of the deck do NOT do it justice - plenty of seating and a fabulous view.

Beautiful views from the roof top deck

We have stayed at numerous VRBOs over the years and this one was the nicest by far. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the summer evenings on the roof top deck.

This remodel was done right. It has a lake/beach feel without being corny, and they beds, pillows, and comforters make it a bit too difficult to get up in the morning … the double deck was a perfect place to end the day. Really fantastic place.

This was a fabulous place! We enjoyed everything . It was spotless clean and had everything in kitchen you need to prepare a meal. Wanted to return next year but I see it is booked! Sad to say! Highly recommend!
