The Space:

Locally hosted by Musi Management, our home is a short 15 minute walk to the Green Line train and features over 1,300 square feet across 6 furnished rooms. We don't require any "check out chores" upon departure - simply enjoy your stay!



This generously sized, 3 bedroom condo is on the top floor of a multifamily home. (see other listing in my profile).



We are on a quiet street walking distance to Tufts University and several excellent cafes and restaurants (see my guidebook for details),

- Dedicated driveway parking for 2 vehicles with EV charging



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the second floor unit with the exception of one locked storage closet.



Other Things to Note:

Our driveway can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles. An EV charger (NACS & J1772) is available free of charge for reasonable use and shared between two units.



Public transportation:



60 second walk to the bus stop (Boston, Somerville and Cambridge) and only 1 mile to Davis Square Red Line Subway and 0.7 miles to the Medford/Tufts Green Line stop



We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.



Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
