This cozy home is nestled among the oak tree's and hanging moss on picturesque Perdido Bay. This 3/2 home sits on a private lot with it's own beach. Come enjoy beautiful sunrise or sunset on the beach front deck, do some fishing, or take out the kayak or paddle board and enjoy the water. Grill up your your favorite foods or start a fire in the fire pit and break out the smores. Peace, quiet, tranquility and adventure await you. We will accept up to two dogs under with a fee.

Relaxing on the bay.

We were in town for a memorial service. It was nice to stay in one location with my children and grandson. The weather was decent and the cottage was cozy. We did not have the time to fully enjoy the waterfront features, but our stay allowed us to be together during a difficult time for our family. Thank you for sharing your cottage.

Peaceful and beautiful location

We were looking for a peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of spring break and this was exact that. We loved the dock, the small beach, the deck, and the fire pit area. The house works, it wasn't as clean as I prefer and there were a few maintenance issues that need to be resolved which I trust that the host will take care of. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

amazing place

The property was very clean and spacious. The dock and back patio was definitely a highlight. Was not a far drive from fun locations. great communication from property manager. highly recommend staying here. will definitely come back and stay here again.

We have had a lot of fun creating these places for people to get together and enjoy the Pensacola area. Why they chose this property

This property is our favorite. It's sitting on the beautiful Pensacola bay where you can fish, paddle board, kayak, or just watch a beautiful sunrise or sunset. Not only that, but it's rich in history. The White family has lived in this area for over 100 years, and we had the great honor of being able to obtain Uncle Tubby's place. If you want to know the local history, Miss Maxine lives two doors down and would be happy to tell you all about Uncle Tubby and give you a history lesson while she's at it. This area is quiet, relaxing and secluded, but still just a short drive to Pensacola attractions, as well as Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores Alabama.
