The host has a beautiful spirit

There was a hiccup with checking in but the host was so gracious and attentive. She came right over to double check the issue. The space is very comfortable and relaxing. Plus it was 5 min from my family which made it super convenient. Will be booking again!

Good enough for fussy British woman

Overall very very good, few VERY MINOR points for improvement: - a safe inside the property - a bar /some music or entertainment at the pool would be a game changer - pool should be cleaned every day, it wasn’t cleaned at all during my 5 day stay - the mosquitoes are bionic! Most of these points are completely out of the hosts control, and although there are other apartments available in the same building, I will always book this one based on an exceptional experience with Catherine.

Thank you so much for booking with us. Via is the newest, and one of the most well maintained complexes in New Kingston. This includes the pool. and grounds, which are cleaned accordingly to a strict schedule. You were only with us for 3 full days, and were not on property 24 hours per day during that period, and therefore could not adequately speak to the pool cleaning schedule. Via is also a quiet residential community, and therefore the listing makes no mention of a bar, or music at the pool. We want all visitors, to be able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the property. As we are also a new listing (less than 6 months), we do appreciate all feedback as we strive to improve on those areas, for which we have control. Thank you.

A home away from home

I enjoyed my stay I’ve stayed in this building a few times and it’s by far my favorite location to stay. The apt looks exactly like the pics online if not better. It was quiet and comfortable and all the amenities you’d have at home were available which is a very nice touch. The only takeaway and it’s out of their control is bring mosquito spray or maybe a citronella candle as the building itself has a lot of mosquitos so if you leave any doors open etc the mosquitos will come visit you. Again the mosquitos are out of their control and I will certainly return to stay again on my next visit.

Thanks Brie. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay, and you are always welcome at Via. We have mosquito screens on the windows, and the balcony doors of the unit, to prevent entry. We have also identified the source of the issue (the water fountains at the property) and requested that the Property Managers either treat, or discontinue use of the water fountains. Though beautiful, the water fountains can unfortunately become the source of these issues. Therefore, rest assured the issue has already been addressed. Please come again!
