Tufts 2 Bed + Office - Free Parking

This spacious and sunny 2 bedroom home + separate office (with standing desk!) is full of natural light and located on the first floor of a 2 family home in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to Tufts.

My home features ~1200 sq ft of living space spread across 6 fully furnished rooms. High ceilings with detailed woodwork trim. We provide one free, off-street parking spot in our driveway. A street parking pass for one additional vehicle is available with advance notice.

No "check out chores", simply enjoy your stay!

The space
We are on a quiet street close to Tufts University, Davis Square, Porter Square, Harvard University, only 4 miles to Boston.

Ceiling fans throughout, dishwasher, two separate bedrooms (with closets).

Walking distance to excellent cafes, restaurants, bars. Please see my Guidebook for details.

60 second walk to the bus stop (Boston, Somerville and Cambridge) and only 1 mile to Davis Square Red Line Subway.

Visit to Tufts

Wonderful find! This place was perfect for me and my friend. The proximity to Tufts (walking distance) was fantastic, and the street was quiet despite being quite near Main Street, Medford. The owner was very responsive to a minor concern, and the place was well-appointed and lovely. If my daughter weren't graduating this May I would make this my go to place for gatherings near Tufts.

Spacious, tidy and convenient

The first floor apartment had a nice open floor plan with lots of room for the four of us. The kitchen was especially spacious! Every nook and cranny of the space was very clean. The walk to the Green Line at Tufts was super convenient. And the neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely recommend!

Would stay here again.

The house was as expected. We had a very nice time staying there. My husband especially enjoyed walking to good donut and sandwich shops nearby. Joe was an excellent host.
