About this property

The Boathouse, a Perfect Getaway

Looking to get away, relax, and have expansive Lake Norman views. The Boathouse is a 780 Sq/ft one bedroom fully renovated suite with a new kitchen, luxurious Spa bathroom and a large bedroom that comfortably accepts a king size bed. The open floor plan living area has a dining table, and a living room with a sofa bed and two chairs, a fireplace and 60" smart TV. Located literally on the edge of lake Norman there's a new composite deck with a hot tub and grill. And, amenities like Restaurants, Groceries and Bars are 10 minutes away. The boat house comes with its own separate kayaks, paddle board, fire pit, grill and hot tub. We have a driveway camera for your security.

Beautiful Boat House

We looked for a place fairly last minute as there was a change in our schedule. Our hosts were very accommodating and timely. The rental was ready for us. The location and views were wonderful. It was very private and the hot tub was the cherry on top. The property was spotless. It was close to towns and had a walkable neighborhood. We wish we could have stayed longer. The boathouse is a perfect spot on Lake Norman, equipped with a hot tub, paddle boards, and kayaks. Perfect weekend getaway but close enough to all the amenities of Mooresville!

Wonderful stay at the Boat House

The boathouse and property was stunning and very well appointed with everything we needed or could need. It was so clean and comfortable. We definitely felt right at home here. Sitting out on the deck enjoying the sun and looking out at the water was so relaxing. It was a wonderful getaway and we will certainly be back. Many thanks to our hosts for a memorable stay!

Boathouse on the lake

This rental was perfect for us. We were right on the lake and our boat could be docked safely and our trailer could be kept there too. It was very close to a public boat ramp. The rental was very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful little boat house - exactly what we were looking for to explore Lake Norman. Very private and charming. We enjoyed a boat tour from 77 Watersports and then rented a pontoon boat from them the next day… a great way to see the area! Thankful we had a chance to relax

Lovely Lake House

We celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday in the Boat House. It was a perfect get away for us. Everything was so clean and modern. It smelled so fresh and was a great open floor plan. The bed was very comfortable. The host had everything well stocked and answered all of our questions promptly.
