The parking in South Tampa is extremely tight. This is true all over the entire area. The land value is just to expensive and the old historic streets built in the early 1900's are quite narrow. There is 1 private parking space for a medium sized vehicle. The option of off street parking is possible, but we cannot guarantee space for a second vehicle.
There is an electronic lock for access. We will send you a unique code.

- Max 6 sleeping occupants and max 7 occupants at any given time.

* Pets are not allowed.
* Don't throw away the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish soap bottles or you will be charged $$ per missing item.

* Large Bath towels destroyed will cost $10. Small towels destroyed $5.

* Please be kind/aware and turn off lights and reduce central air when leaving the property. Wasting electricity is bad for the environment and can be very costly!

* Please be respectful to the neighbors and observe quiet hours (10 pm -9 am) We ask you to be mindful of music.

* We want you to enjoy our home but for the safety and security of ourselves and residents, only registered guests are permitted on the property.

* For items left behind that you wish to be shipped, there is a $20 fee + shipping costs. This fee goes to paying someone to pack and ship the item. Please remember to look around before you leave!

* If the property is left in a "mess" beyond a reasonable living standard, trash left everywhere, the smell of smoke, disregard for the property, etc. An additional cleaning fee will be requested through Airbnb in order to cover the costs associated with bringing the property back up to rentable condition.

We supply a few days of supplies for your stay. If a longer stays, we will attempt to leave some additional supplies.

3 laundry soaps and dryer sheets

This is a quiet residential area. I expect my guests to respect the neighbors. The "golden" rule applies peeps :)

-Please no music after 9 pm.
-No loud guests or disruptive behavior.
-Smoking is permitted only outside the front of the main house. No Smoking or vaping inside please
-No open flames please! (Candles, incense, lighters, etc)
-No illegal activity or substances of any kind on the property.
-No parties
-For the comfort and security of our guests and residents, only registered guests are permitted on the property. ** Please enter all guests' names on the reservation**
-Please do not use ANY spray tan products while on the premises. They stain the walls, shower, and sheets.
-No eating or food in beds, please! This brings in unwanted guests: )
-If you do not follow check-out time there will be an additional fee: $30.
