When you walk through the door of this beachfront condo, you'll feel as if you've entered paradise. It is expertly decorated with warm neutrals and the perfect shades of blue for a coastal vibe. The open floor plan includes a living space with plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer spectacular views of Pensacola Beach.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table or step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy them with a breathtaking view.

There's space to accommodate six people comfortably, with two bedrooms, one small bedroom and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a full dresser, and a flat-screen tv. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and ample storage space for guests. In addition, there is a sizable wardrobe closet in which you may keep all your clothing and other belongings without it causing clutter to the entire room. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, complete with a flat screen TV and an ensuite bath. There is also a small room with two bunk beds and one side table.

A full laundry/storage room is off the kitchen. Free Wifi is available.

Emerald Dolphin is a beautiful and luxurious gated community on Pensacola Beach.

**Please be aware that Emerald Dolphin condominium complex is undergoing an extensive exterior restoration project beginning February 2024. The projection is anticipated to be completed mid-April 2024, weather and scheduling permitting. Construction noise is expected daily, Monday – Saturday. Balconies will be closed during working hours. When balconies are closed exterior furniture must be brought into the unit. Additional amenity restrictions may apply for Owner and Guest safety. An exact schedule is not available at this time and unexpected updates may occur as the project progresses. Please contact our offices directly to stay up to date.***

Clean, everything we needed

Clean and comfortable. We were able to spread out in the three bedrooms, and also gather together in the living area. Balcony was beautiful. It's nice to have a restaurant (Peg Leg Pete's) and convenience store (Tom Thumb) within easy walking distance.

Gorgeous Gulf views. Easy to walk many places. Small Store next door. Large clean pool. Large frig. Plenty of room. Rebekah was wonderful answering questions at checkin! All questions were answered quickly on VRBO!
