About this property

Unwind and soak up the sun at this renovated 3-bedroom villa located 10 minutes from the Everglades. Our home will accommodate up to 10 guests and is the perfect choice for your family’s next getaway. If you love shopping, we are located 5 minutes from the Sawgrass Mall.

Here in the Sunshine State, we wanted to highlight the back yard as this is where you’ll want to spend most of your time. Shoot some hoops on the basketball court and after breaking a sweat, jump right into the pool! The built in kitchen and BBQ grill is our guests’ favorite, just make sure to clean after you’re done. When it cools down, we recommend you grab a cold drink and relax in the 8x8 foot Jacuzzi.

The inside of our house, is an open floor plan, inviting you to relax, but, to also stay entertained. In the back, you will find a large room with a hockey table and a foosball to enjoy some competitive games. We also have a work desk in case you need to get work done. There are 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds and 60’’ smart TVs so you can stay connected. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and cookware.

We love pets, so bring them along!

Our home is located near all major highways, so getting around will be a breeze. The world famous Ft. Lauderdale beaches and Ft. Lauderdale airport are just 20 minutes away. South beach is a 40 minute drive and the Miami airport is 30 min away. If you are adventurous and want to see alligators and wildlife, we are 10 minutes away from the closest airboat.

Good stay with my family. They had extra pull out beds if needed that they asked about to set up beforehand. Place could be cleaned better. There were crumbs on stove and lots of scuffs and dirt marks on the walls at check-in. Overall decent experience and close to lots of stores and restaurants and a really nice mall.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and everything you need close by. My teen boys had a great time shooting basketball in the back and playing air hockey inside. The pool and Jacuzzi were a nice touch too.
