The property was just as advertised other than we could not get the hot tub to work. Everything else was great! Very nice shaded bungalow area by the pool. There is a pass-through window at the pool, which is great! Bathrooms were beautiful, obviously remodeled relatively recently.

We liked the spaciousness of the property. The pool was okay. A bit dirty and there are no jets available. Even when asking the owner, I did not get an answer regarding that functionality. The front door had a funky way of locking and unlocking and I had to reach out for the password for the WiFi as no instructions we at the property. There was a sink that did not work in the main bathroom and a toilet missing the seat. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to an infestation of cockroaches. We decided to find alternative accommodations as we were very uncomfortable distributing bug spray in the area we cooked and ate in.The owner was apologetic for the issue and did say he would remedy the issue for future guests. He was also diligent to approve a refund for the two nights we did not stay there. I received a refund in two hours after reporting to VRBO.Overall, the property was okay. It met our needs but we lost a day of vacation for re-packing our stuff and moving to another rental.

Pool and spa was not heated. No instructions on how to operate the spa or outdoor lights. Front door lick was broken. Microwave did not work. One set bathroom towles no kitchen towels or wash rags. Nare minimun dishes, more like left overs. All over poor quality for the price.
