Welcome to Fort Lauderdale and your Home Away from Home! I travel quite a bit for work and I am in the Hotel Industry so look forward to making your stay a great one. The home is used full time as a vacation rental!!

This modern 2,300 Sq Ft Townhouse features flat screen TVs with Direct Tv, WiFi, gourmet kitchen fully-equipped with high end appliances, living room, ceiling fans, washer & dryer and 3 car parking area and comfortably sleeps up to 7 guest. They are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, walk in closet and private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a walk in closet and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom and Den which has a pull out sofa bed. Each bedroom has 1 Queen size bed. With its extremely functional kitchens, terrace with BBQ, and outstanding location, you have everything you need for that indoor-outdoor living we all strive for in South Florida. Closets and storage space after completely empty, full linen closet for guests use and bathroom and cleaning essentials.
