The perfect place for a staycation, beach house vacation rental, fishing in the bay, night fishing on lighted pier 2 minutes away at Conn Brown Harbor, walking the beach looking for seashells, metal detecting, kayaking, crabbing, SandFest Port Aransas, great food or just relaxing - the Lighthouse is for you!

We are centrally located and close to many great restaurants, HEB (grocery store) is .2 miles away. Walmart is 5 minutes away. We are 10 minutes from Rockport and 15 minutes to Fulton. We are 5 minutes from Port Aransas ferry. You can walk to Conn Brown Harbor or a quick 2 minute drive.

There are many great restaurants nearby - Coasters (open Wed-Sunday) near Conn Brown Harbor, Crab-N Restaurant, Paradise Key Dockside Bar & Grill (one of our favs) in Rockport as well as plenty of chain restaurants (Whataburger, Pizza Hut, Churches, etc) and some great Mexican food places. If you have the time, try the Bowling Alley's "Haystack" for breakfast!

Beautiful home and great location

This home is so pretty, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of parking for our boat. It’s only a minute from the boat ramp in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed very much.
