Location is great. The bunkbed room is so small and hot. Pictures make the unit seem larger. Not enough space or seating for 10. And 4 of ours were small children.

Needs some updating. The carpet was soiled and the tile floor was cracked and broken. The kitchen was bare bones; it didn’t even have a decent pot to cook in. Some of the furniture had been upgraded. The double bunk befs were a nice idea but I’d be afraid to put more than two 50 pound kids in the top bunk as it didn’t seem too sturdy. We love the property, location and the amenities, but this condo needs some work for the price in my opinion.

The condo itself is beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and well organized. The men at the garage security were helpful and jovial all weekend. We would love to stay here again

Great stay!

The condo was super nice and clean. There was a lot for the kids to do. The only complaints I have would be the hot water ran out after the 5/6th shower and there is no air vents in one of the rooms so it’s pretty humid.

Beautiful stay!! The welcome sign was such a nice added feature. And the welcome kits were much appreciated. This facility is beautiful. We have stayed in OC 9 times in the past 5 years and by far one of our fave condo complexes. Thank you!!

Very nice property. Have been staying at Sea Watch for over ten years. Can not complain! Family time was perfect. The only thing bad was the AC unit DID NOT cool the unit. It was very hot all night especially. But other than that very nice stay.

Very nice place to stay

We enjoyed our visit here. It’s a bit frustrating to have to buy extra toilet paper, dishclothes, dish pods, etc when you are on vacation, but this seems the way of all places any more. The property seemed smaller than in the pictures, but was completely manageable. Our kids really enjoyed the new play set and movie theatre. The arcade was a lot of fun. Lovely grounds around the facility and friendly staff.

Amazing Amenities and Views, but Unit Needs TLC

We had a great time during our stay—this property truly shines when it comes to amenities and location. Easy, direct access to the beach made everything super convenient, and we loved having both an indoor and outdoor pool, a baby pool, playground, and even on-site pizza and ice cream. The facility itself is fantastic and absolutely makes the stay worthwhile. One of our favorite parts was the view from the balcony—you can see both the ocean and the bay, and the sunsets each night were stunning.That said, the actual unit could use some updates. There were broken tiles in the kitchen, the carpet was heavily stained and looked nothing like the pictures, and the couch was so dirty we ended up covering it with a sheet just to sit on it. The photos also made the space look much larger than it is. While it technically sleeps 10, there’s really only comfortable seating and dining space for 6. The front bunk room got uncomfortably hot, which was concerning for our kids, and none of the rooms had ceiling fans—something that would’ve really helped with comfort. Lastly, quite a few outlets throughout the condo didn’t work.Overall, we had a great trip and made wonderful memories, but some attention to cleanliness and basic maintenance would go a long way toward making this rental perfect.

Awesome property with 5 Star Service & Amenities!

This place was incredible and one of the best spots we have stayed in OCMD! It was clean, spacious and well taken care of. Location was great and my wife and I loved watching the beautiful sunrises from the oceanfront balcony. Literally steps to the beach and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Bob and crew were great with communication before our stay and were amazingly responsive at any hour of the day while we were there; this was a huge plus considering most past Vrbo experiences. Highly recommend. We can't wait to come back.

Nice facility

The facility was very nice. You could tell it used to be top-notch. My one complaint is that the third small bedroom can hardly be considered a bedroom (it may have been 8'x10'). The room didn't have a closet (which I thought was a requirement to be considered a bedroom) and the bunk bed overlapped into the doorway about 5". Overall, we are happy with the stay because we were only there to sleep.

It should have been communicated in the description that the indoor pool is closed. I chose this home because of the indoor pool and other amenities and nothing was open. The house was nice, very clean, and well maintained. However I won’t stay here again on the off season.

Very small, needs cleaning

This property was extremely small for 10 people - should be listed for 6. If all beds were used in the third bedroom, there was absolutely no floor space. Table only fits 6 and minimal seating in family room. Nowhere to put any items - suitcases/food. The pack and play was dirty, the louvered door was full of dust/dirt, kitchen drawer had food on it, carpet had many stains everywhere, floor tiles cracked, chair cushions were dirty. The photos must be very old as the carpet and floor are in much worse condition and the furniture in the family room is not as shown. Not enough silverware for 10 people, only about 4 glasses. No welcome booklet telling how to reserve movies/use property amenities. Internet only worked sporadically. The owner was excellent at communication, but this seemed to be their main focus and unfortunately, the things that were wrong couldn't be fixed with good communication.

Great place in Ocean City

This unit is incredibly clean and nicely updated. The entire Sea Watch property is well maintained and includes tons of great amenities and helpful staff. You can't beat the location with easy access to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and of course direct access to the beach. The on-site restaurant was great for lunch and breakfast. Parking is easy and convenient and you can unload all your belongings into a cart to make move-in/out easy. We loved the keyless coded entry for our room. There is a key-entry laundry room with storage space for all your beach stuff right outside of the room. The north ocean city area is nice and quiet and we never had any issues with noise. The unit is smaller than the photos would lead you to believe and it felt tight at times with 5 adults and 3 children. The queen and king bedrooms are nice and have updated furniture and TVs. The 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds would really only be suitable as a sleeping quarters for children, as there is very little space and no other furniture besides a table with a lamp. When the trundle bed is pulled out it literally takes up the entire floor and you don't even have anywhere to walk. Our host was fantastic and we received plenty of timely communication throughout the stay. We had a maintenance issue our first day and it was fixed immediately. We would definitely stay at Sea Watch again, and I would rent this unit again if I came with a smaller party.

Not outstanding but nice

Property is nice. 3 BR condo was conveniently located, nice views of the ocean from the balcony. Our unit was nice but carpet was stained, there was a broken patio chair when we arrived, a torn screen, and furniture was worn. Towels were provided but were worn. There was no vacuuming done prior to our arrival behind the couches and under the furniture as we found old food goldfish, candy from previous guests. The vacuum we did find was full of sand and we had to empty it in order to use it. There was no broom for us to help keep the place clean. We knew we had laundry access but there were no directions on how to access this upon arrival- among other things. My sister stayed in a nearby condo and had a completely different experience (very clean, very informed) so over all the property is nice and you could end up with a rental where it is evident the owner cares and is thorough. The amenities like the movie theatre, tennis courts and hoops could use some updating but overall nice to have available. Maybe it is who we booked through- we used VRBO and she used another rental app. We would probably visit again.

I was a bit disappointed with the size of this condo. No WAY this should be listed as a 10 person. The pics were def misleading. Had to remove furniture just to be able to fit pack n play. Weren’t enough chairs for 10. Def not enough seating in living room. Barely fit half of our family in there. Not the same furniture as in the listing. No artwork in master. Kitchen was very small. No room to even put food. So prepare to ‘live out’ of bags. We were constantly doing dishes. Not enough silverware for 10. So bring plastic. Paper plates and bowls. And forget it if you try to make dinner. One pot. Cracked kitchen tiles. Filthy carpets. ‘Third bedroom’ had no closet. And bed went 5 inches over door frame. And had no vent. So very warm. Bring a fan. (Thankfully we did.) room is wayyyyy small. Staff at the condo were pretty rude too. We were told not to take our baby in to the pool.because he was ‘too young’ My son is 18 and they gave him such a hard time about a gym pass that he just gave up. Tried to go to movie and couldn’t get in. Beaches are way too crowded. Thankfully we were flexible. But these were some of our disappointments.

First Vacation

Walked into a beautiful place to call home for a couple days. Enough space for all of us to sleep peacefully. Clean place to feel comfortable cause im always cleaning at home. Overall we loved it an hopefully this summer we'll be back! Thanks again for everything!

I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City.
