This spacious home on Cayuga Lake’s east side boasts spectacular sunset and lake views from all of its many decks, its Florida room and the master bedroom. The property includes a boat dock, huge decks (covered and uncovered) and both shallow and deep water entry sites for swimming. Unlike many lake homes in the Finger Lakes region there are no stairs nor steep climb from the parking area to the house.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bath. The large master bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed, one first floor bedroom has a double bed and the other has two singles. In addition, there is a double futon couch in the TV room and space for a crib or inflatable mattress. All mattresses are new and the house easily sleeps 8.

Activities: Clearview Road is a quiet, single lane, private road perfect for long bike rides and walks all along the lake front. The house is situated in Genoa, New York in the heart of finger-lakes wine country with over 50 local vineyards and a few new brew pubs.
Just a 10 minute drive south of picturesque Aurora, New York (home of Wells College) and 30 minutes north of Ithaca (home of Cornell University and Ithaca College) there is enough to do and see in the area to keep you busy every day, if you can drag yourself away from the lake.
Ithaca, Utne Reader’s “Most Enlightened City in the US” and home of the famous Moosewood Restaurant is a vibrant community alive with art, music, theatre, museums, sporting events and festivals. The twice weekly farmers market is full of fresh local produce, ethnic foods and local art and crafts.
In Aurora, dine at the historic Aurora Inn, stop at in one of the antique shops, stroll along turn-of-the-century, picture post-card streets and have homemade ice-cream at the old fashioned soda fountain.
