Newly remodeled in 2023; this quaint home includes 2 bedrooms both with queen sized bed and 2 bathrooms 1 with shower/tub combo and 1 with shower only. Appliances purchased new in April 2023 including washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave & garbage disposal. Living room has a full-size couch with a Smart TV and free WIFI.
Located in downtown Dexter within walking distance to historic streets full of boutiques, restaurants, fitness center, etc... across the street from The Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home
No garage or covered parking (yet) but ample parking along the side of the house with additional parking on the street.
