This is a really beautiful home, from the master bedroom and ensuite rain shower, to the well equipped kitchen (except for the malfunctioning ice maker). The hot tub was well maintained and fit 6 people snuggly.

Was a great house. The location is obviously a ways from downtown and campus, but it served us well for our trip. The owner was great and responded quickly to questions.

The house was great. We needed to drop off our stuff a couple of hours early before the Duck playoff game, and we were accommodated. The place was clean, well furnished and worked out well for 3 couples. Thanks!

Comfortable and quiet

Kevin was an excellent host. He was very responsive and provided easy to follow check on and out procedures. The house was very clean and well equipped. It was a great location close to shopping and U of O. My family and I highly recommend!

Graduation Accommodations

Stayed here for my son's graduation from the U of O and it was a great location! House was super clean and family friendly!! All the right touches to feel as if you are at your home, away from home! Kevin was FANTASTIC to deal with and SUPER accommodating ! Wish I had found this home 4 years ago, when my son first attended the University, and we were making our annual trips. Thanks Kevin !!!!

This place is a gem!

We had such a great stay! The house was spotless and well appointed with everything you need. We especially loved the hot tub and the fancy master shower! All the beds were very comfy and had nice linens. The location was great for us because we wanted to close to family in Santa Clara and to a wedding Venue in Monroe. Since there are no hotels in Santa Clara this was perfect! The little cul-de- sac that the property sits in is very quiet. We just had one hiccup, the power went out for a while when I was in the middle of a shower, no fault of the the owner of course, but Kevin was very responsive as we were trying to locate the breaker box. The only suggestion I have is more towels, always more towels 😊

Nice alternative accommodations for a U of Oregon event

Home was nicely appointed for a short stay in Eugene. Small house and yard which was just dandy for our stay. I would return with a similar sized group for a few nights but not longer, too small. Very clean, well kept, well supported venue. Please make a note on your info that the hot tub temp runs hot. A few of us have tubs and are accustomed to 104, when we turned it up from the 99 it was too hot to sit in. the 99 was dandy but for anyone that is accustomed to hot tub temp like us the tendency is to crank it. Would simply recommend to add a note that the hot tub temp runs low and should not need adjusting. thanks for the accommodations Kevin. Jon
