Welcome to your new modern 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment near downtown Pensacola, Florida – built in 2020!
Our place is located minutes away from all the best restaurants, cafes, and entertainment of downtown Pensacola. With easy access to the beach and other attractions, this is the perfect place to call home. There are several restaurants in a walking distance from the house including one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in town Saigon Market, pizza from eclectic Elbow Room, newly open Taco joint, and short drive from one of the best mediterranean restaurants Taste of Jerusalem.
The house is located in the oldest part of Pensacola. It’s ongoing rapid development so you might see here brand new construction homes as well as older and sometimes neglected homes.
We often host long staying guests so our place has fully equipped kitchen with all the essential appliances, a spacious living room with plenty of natural light, and three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space to unwind and relax.
It's a great place for traveling professionals and remote workers. You have a dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms, fast 100 Mbps dedicated internet from Cox with access to the modem if needed.
This house is not designed for children, but children are welcome with their parents. Please note: there is no child safety equipment used in this house. The safety of the child(ren) will rest on the supervision of the parents.
Guests 25+ only preferred
For security and safety purposes we reserve right to require signed contract - standard Florida lease agreement, conduct background checks using third party tool, and copy of driving license. That has to be done until the end of the day of booking. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access to entire house and backyard (through the side gate). The access to garage is limited to long term staying guests.
Please park on the left side of the driveway or off street. DO NOT block/park in front of garage on the unit on the right side.
Other things to note
Garage access is granted on case by case basis.
Pets approved by case by case basis. Make sure to include them in your reservation request. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by the pets. We might charge for extra abnormal cleaning costs, that rarely happens.
