This 12th-floor gorgeous condo boasts spectacular views of Downtown Atlanta. It is our most recent addition to our portfolio and I am proud to present it! You'll have the best of Atlanta's nightlife at your fingertips (Speakeasy, Opium, Royal Peacock, plus easy access to the airport. We are also right next to Americas Mart, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Worlds Congress center, MARTA, Georgia Aquarium, and World of Coke.
Heating and Air: This traditional system uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.

Please note, that parking is not included in the rental and is paid separately.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Access to the condo begins at check-in time with our 24/7 concierge located in the main lobby. Please make sure you bring your valid ID. You are welcome to come on over once the space is prepared for your stay - we just can't promise an early check-in without prior arrangements. This

Industrial laundry machines are located in the basement for you to use as needed. It is $1.25 for the washer and $.25 per 10 minutes for the dryer. A card will be provided for you to load accordingly. Laundry detergent is sold at the nearby CVS as well as in the laundry room.
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24-hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Located across the street from the MARTA public transit system so if you fly into town it's very easy to just jump on the train and come up.
