Clean

The place was very clean, and everything we needed was there. Walking distance to Mercedes Benz Stadium. I would stay again if I'm in Georgia.

Not Precious

Be aware the key is left under the doormat at the rear of a building poorly marked. Street not well lit in downtown Atlanta. The street entrance is fully gated with old code box but not used due to open stairwell in a rear entrance. Very strong room deodorizer upon entrance. Bedroom carpet is deeply soiled and matted. When concerns were raised the responses were rude and defensive. VRBO has been made aware.
