About this property

Peachtree Center Condo in Downtown w/ Balcony

1 BR condo conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta! Located on the 6th floor of the building.

For quickest communication on Airbnb please message through the platform inbox. If booked through another platform, text the contact number provided for fastest reply.

You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. You're in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5-minute walk to either.

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Located in the historic Peachtree Towers. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors.

Peachtree Center Marta station is 1 block away. Rideshare is always available.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Great location! Nice accommodations!

The condo was a great place to stay to be near the stadium, arena, Centennial Olympic Park, and lots of bars and restaurants. My only recommendation is to update some of the kitchen tools. The condo could use some more silverware, a cutting board, better knives and some larger bowls. All in all it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to a friend.

Great location

Located in the heart of downtown very convenient to where we were going. Owner was responsive. The Peach was cute and comfy. Had the basic necessities and more. Having a hairdryer available was a pleasant, appreciated surprise !

Work Trip

We love staying at this location and have stayed at other condos there, but this one is by far the best! Ryan made sure to respond exceptionally quick to us as well, which was awesome! You cannot beat this location when needing to access Americasmart!

Peach Tree Condo

Overall experience was great. Would definitely stay again. Great location. Great decor. No noise at all. Ryan was great in responding and giving suggestions. However, there was not enough towels and the bedding didnt seem freshly washed. We bought additional tissue and paper towels which wasn't a big deal. Floor hadn't been swept up well. The television in the bedroom was only for dvds, need to upgrade to a smart TV and get Netflix or add cable to the bedroom. The door to the balcony did not lock. Hair was found in the drawers. Ryan did offer to have the cleaning service remove the hair but the drawers were not used after seeing that. Ryan should probably do a self check before guests arrive to make sure the cleaning service is doing their job. Again, I would definitely stay again with those improvements.

Will rent again

My wife and I had an amazing time and experience at the Peach Condo. It is in the heart of downtown area that we were interested in. In regards to the 1 star review from February this was absolutely not the case with our experience. The condo is newly remodeled, spacious and a joy to stay in. The owner responded quickly to our questions. I will absolutely stay in the peach again for future Atlanta trips.

Wonderful stay at The Peach

We were attending a conference at the GA Convention center. Hotels in the area were $200+ per night but this lovely rental was within a 15 min walk. It allowed us to bring our kids, save money by cooking our own meals and have much more space and privacy than at a hotel. My son was in awe of the city lights at night. Pros: The Peach property was just as described and nice as pictured in the photos online. The bed was comfy and the two fold out couches in the living area were perfect for our kids. They loved the super soft duvet blankets and we had plenty of pillows and linens, and extra towels and full and small size toiletries were available in the closet. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was obvious the owner had remodeled the whole space to maximize functionality and even had upgrades that some might not notice (like quiet closing kitchen drawers). We felt like we were staying in a place from a magazine or something off Pinterest and we'd certainly return if in the area again. I research a lot when booking accommodations and this was the nicest and had the best price as compared to similar properties, even within the same building. Ryan was very responsive to my questions beforehand and had his phone number posted for us to call or text if we needed anything, but honestly everything was taken care of and clear in the instructions he sent us so we never needed to call. Cons: There was not a dining table so when we ate our meals the kids were at the bar (which they loved) but I enjoyed eating out on the porch. We were a little stressed about keeping them quiet because of the 'noise warnings' but it does make for a nice quiet building! Recommendations- I suggest booking parking online before arrival because it can vary depending on events. My husband booked his parking a day before arriving and got a week at the lot right next door (17 Baker) for $70 (he only needed 5 days but a week was the same price). When I arrived two days later the same lot was charging $30 for 24 hours at the kiosk on site. There is a loading area at the back of the building where you can park temporarily that leads to the basement elevator and has luggage carts. There is a Keurig and K-cups in the unit, not a coffee pot. The Coke Museum and Aquarium are just a few blocks away, we felt safe walking with our kids, even at night. The MLK historical site was a short drive and worth a day visit, but go early for house tours. Thanks again!

Conveniently Located and Cozy home-like amenities

As a business traveler, the unit fits exceptionally well for my particular needs and scheduled business plans. The owner is fantastic to deal with and the unit offers a cozy & home-like atmosphere. The additional space, (beyond the typical hotel visit), was especially enjoyable. Easy walk to many of my appointments.

Highly Disappointed!!!!

I was highly disappointed with my stay with VRBO. The room was absolutely unacceptable. Very poor housekeeping, no toiletries, television in the bedroom didn’t work properly, moldy smell in the room, floor was not clean, and garbage in the trash can. I just expected more. Everything is entirely outdated and should be updated; even the bed linens were ridiculous. It seemed as though I had stepped into a time zone from the early 70s. I wonder if the owners would actually stay one night in this room. I don’t think so, and I will not again. Your picture on the Internet shows a very neat and clean room, but it was not the case. This was so misleading. Shame on you!

Great location - perfect stay!

Everything was great with our stay at ‘The Peach’! The location is ideal for dining and entertainment in downtown Atlanta. The apt is updated with a very cozy bed and everything you need for a few days stay. Ryan was great with communicating information about the unit and the building. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient

Super convenient and safe location downtown. Pretty clean but we did see dirty sheets wadded up in the hamper and hair underneath the couch. The A/C wasn't great. We slept with the windows open and a box fan.

Not my style

The downtown location cannot be beat. Everything is available within walking distance. Parking is expensive. The heavy smell of the PineSol cleaning solution was a bit overwhelming. Security appears to be good.

Very comfortable, much more spacious than a hotel. The location is perfect!

This is in the perfect location downtown. Close to all the attractions such as the Aquarium, College football Hall of Fame, Ferris Wheel, and Children's museum. The apartment is neat and spacious. There is a downside, parking! Since it is downtown Atlanta, the parking can be an issue, since occasionally the prices varies depending on the events and also we experience unwanted company, while trying to pay for the parking. I also would recommend the owner purchase new sheets for the bedroom, notice some of them are past its expiration date. Overall I would recommend this place for the location alone and the spacious apartment in the heart of Atlanta.

The apartment is directly across the street from the Hyatt Regency downtown which is where our conference was being held so the location was perfect for us. Many nice restaurants and shops nearby and a 10-15 min walk to Aquarium, Olympic Park, children’s museum. Parking in lot beside the condo tower. Price very reasonable. Comfortable stay.
