Nice spot with all the needed accoutrements. AC works and no sun on the windows so it can stay cool. Washer/dryer work well. Bed is comfy and extra pillows in the closet. Careful opening living room curtains so the rod doesn't come undone.

Highly recommend this cute downtown gem! Cozy, Clean, and Perfectly PlacedMy stay here was absolutely wonderful! The flat itself is beautifully furnished and felt like a stylish, cozy home away from home the second I walked in. You honestly cannot beat the downtown location—we were steps away from amazing food, coffee, and sights, which made exploring the city so much fun. Five-Star CommunicationA huge shoutout to the host, who made the entire process seamless. They sent over incredibly detailed instructions before we arrived, so check-in was a total breeze. I never had to reach out with questions because they already anticipated everything we would need! Pro-Tip for Getting AroundThe only tiny hurdle is the parking, which can be a bit of a challenge and require a little patience depending on the time of day. Honestly, though, you don’t even need a car here! Ride-share options are plentiful and always arrived within two or three minutes, so we just opted for Uber and Lyft to get around stress-free.I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Atlanta!

The property is at a great location. Walkable neighborhood, close to the park and Beltline, restaurants, coffee, etc. my only complaint are the mosquitoes inside the unit. No matter what we did, they kept appearing. I woke up with welts after the first night. I message the host and was given bug spray, which, out of desperation, I did wear the second night because they were everywhere inside and I needed at least one good night sleep. I’m from Florida, so I’m used to mosquitoes but INSIDE, was a totally different story.

A wonderful little spot to stay in midtown! Very conveniently close to several popular spots, safely within walking distance, or a short drive. Had no problem parking on the street, there was always space, and the neighborhood felt very safe! It was a great little landing space for my husband and I, as we explored the city over the weekend. Would definitely stay again in the future.

George and Katherine’s place is perfect! The bed and pillows are comfortable, and I appreciated the extra blankets and fan. The place is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures! The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet. George and Katherine were also quick to respond to my questions. Thank you!!
