Definitely worth the stay. It is in a wonderful location as you are in walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. The apartment is very clean and has a nice view from the 24th floor. The property manager Desiree was fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had during the visit. Would stay there again if ever in Atlanta.

Absolutely Amazing !!!

The condo is in the heart of downtown Atlanta with an amazing view. The condo is well appointed with everything you need from towels to an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated and very modern.And lastly, Desiree, the host is accessible and responds quickly.

Great downtown penthouse experience!!

We had a great time staying at the penthouse condo! The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location close to all the downtown attractions. The host Desiree was awesome and very responsive to any questions and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo

We had a great time in Atlanta. The condo was beautiful and within walking distance to everything we did. Desiree was a super host and gave tips on where to go eat. Amazing host and condo.

Fantastic Apartment, convenient location.

This was a fantastic apartment, Desiree was great with communication and check-in assistance. The View was a gift to see each morning and night. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Bed was a comfy romp...big and cozy. Building security seemed secure and the included parking space was a phenomenal plus. It was a convenient walk to most downtown Atlanta attractions & Centennial park. The Bus stop was just across the street. If you don't live downtown in a larger city, be prepared to address people asking for money outside the building . Overall, Would highly recommend!

Convenient Location

I had a difficult time locating the property and parking but the owner was extremely helpful! :) - The smell from the neighbor's cooking was a little overwhelming at times but I spend most of the days and nights at a convention so it wasn't unbearable when I was there. The unit itself was cute and spacious, but it could use some updating and there were a few minor maintenance needs but overall, it was good for my stay. I truly appreciated the Keurig, and the views from the 24th-floor screened-in balcony were amazing, especially at night. I chose this unit due to it being so close to the venue I was at for a conference for the week. It's pretty much within walking distance to everything.

Birthday in Atlanta

The property was in the best possible location for our stay in Atlanta. It had parking included and most activites were within walking distance. The patio had rocking chairs and was great place ot have coffee in the morining. Bakery was less than half a block away. The rooms were comfortable and had ceiling fans. We were in town when most days heat index was over 100 degrees and the air conditioning worked great. Had full size refrigerator, dishwasher and glass top stove and regurlar oven plus good size microwave. It is not a new property but well kept. The bathroom had been redone and great walk in shower . Plenty of hot water. Desiree was truely a Premier host. She was responsive when we had a question, before and during our stay, and took care of a situation when it occured. We had no worries. Would definately stay there again when in Atlanta. Building is secure with 24 hour controlled access. Laundry facilities in basement but we didn't require them. We give Desiree 5 stars as a host!!!

Accommodations Suited our needs

It was a little difficult to figure out where to enter the parking lot for the parking space, but we eventually figured it out. The front desk was friendly, but less than accommodating whenever asking about obtaining a cart for our luggage. They told us where to access it, but the door was locked when we tried to get one. When we said something to the front desk, their response was, oh they forgot to unlock it, but took no action to unlock the doors so we could get a cart, nor did they give my husbands ID back right then seeing the point of retaining his ID was to use a cart. Also, it would have been nice for them to suggest going to the room before attempting to bring anything in, so that we could obtain the faubs to access the building from the ground. Nevertheless, once we figured all of that out, access was easy. The room itself was nice. We honestly didn't realize the sofa bed wasn't functional. Just a miscommunication and it all worked out, but FYI on the checklist to do prior to checkout, there is verbiage to suggest removing linens from the pull out sofa if applicable, suggesting the sofa bed was, in fact, usable. The main bed was VERY comfortable. We really liked having a full kitchen with full size appliances. We really did like the space overall and other than a few bumps, it's a great place to spend a few days, with the comforts of home without the inflated cost of surrounding basic hotel rooms. We definitely preferred this setting versus the alternative.

Great Trip

Stayed in the Peachtree Towers. We have stayed before and you can tell that the building owners are performing upgrades to ensure the property is much improved. This unit was upgraded much better compared to other units we have stayed in for this location. The host was also awesome! we did not have many issues but when we did she was very quick to help resolve and engaging the concierge to quickly mediate. Parking included was also a great adder!

After locating the parking lot, this condo is very clean and the views are amazing. The host is very responsive and accommodating. It’s close to many of the attractions. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

A bunch of plusses with a few minuses.

The real plusses of this condo are the fact that it's on the top floor so you don't hear your ceiling getting stomped on at all hours, the parking spot (because parking in Atlanta is expensive), and the great location. And Desiree is a fantastic host--friendly and very communicative. Check-in & out were a breeze. The location is phenomenal. It's four blocks to the World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, and the Aquarium. An easy walk. Additionally, it's close to the Marta subway and the really handy Marta Streetcar. Great coffee is super close at Cafe Fwi in the AmericasMart building, 2nd floor.The condo has just about everything you'd want. We found the roll-away twin bed great for my kid. However, there were a few minuses to mention. First, the condo really wasn't as clean as we thought it would be. Major things were clean: sinks, shower, toilet. But there were dirty smudges on the doors, the rug didn't look clean, and there was food spatter on the wall above the trash can. The cabinets and trim are a little worse for the wear, if you're the type who wants that freshly renovated look. I don't think it matters tho. Two of our three nights were too hot for us. There's no thermostat, so you're stuck with whatever AC the building pumps in, and it wasn't much at all. The ceiling fan thankfully helped. A window in the bedroom doesn't seal completely and whistles pretty consistently. Even considering these, we found it to be worth the price and we had a good stay.

Amazing view - walking distance from so much!

We had a great stay in Atlanta. The few from the apartment was great. Glad we had a designated parking spot. Walked to Falcons game, Coke Museum, Aquarium, Civil RIghts Museum etc. Highly recommend this apartment.
