In addition to the listed amenities, guests will have countless restaurant and entertainment choices minutes away. Guests will also have access to a beach wagon, towels, and sand toys to use during their stay.

The space
Unwind in this cozy one bedroom and let all the stresses melt away as you plan your many trips to the beach. Enjoy the included beach wagon, umbrella, and beach towels to take along. Many restaurants to choose from in this area will help you eat to your heart’s content. Don’t feel like going out? Stay in and enjoy cooking in a full kitchen with all the necessary tools needed for a wonderful culinary experience.

A dual Keurig coffee maker will help the coffee lovers start their day right. Some complimentary k-cups will be available in the “starter pack”, but guests should plan ahead for their coffee needs for the duration of their stay including filters, ground coffee, or additional k-cups. Forget to pack something? No need to worry, Walmart is just down the street.

Catching up on some sleep? The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a twin over twin bunk bed.

Looking for a place to just unwind and get a break from the busy life? Stay in and enjoy the WiFi, smart TV, and covered patio.

Smaller amenities such as an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washer/dryer combo are also available to help make your stay more comfortable. Included in the “starter kit” are some dish washer soap pods, and laundry soap pods, and paper products to get you through the first day, please plan ahead should you decide to stay for several days.

If you plan to play during your time at the resort, please bring mini-golf, tennis, and/or shuffleboard equipment, they are not provided by the host or by the resort.


Per HOA rules, no more than 4 guests can be accommodated in this unit and 1 car pass per unit will be provided during check in. A custom 4 digit code will be provided to the guest prior to check-in to gain entry into the condo.
