You will be located in a nice quiet neighborhood perfect for walks down to the Bay with amazing views of the beautiful Florida Sunset. Spend a day at the beach (10 miles away) or enjoy one of many newly renovated parks at the Bay on the Water (3.5 miles) Plenty of Restaurants, grocery stores & retail shopping within a quick drive from the house.

The property was clean and welcoming, especially after driving through the night to get there. The master bed was very comfy but the kids said the bunk beds were uncomfortably hard. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the grocery and dining establishments but away from the touristy part of town. We mainly just slept there but it was great for what we needed!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood!

We stayed in this home during my niece's wedding on Memorial Day Weekend. The house was beautiful. The huge fenced in yard was perfect for throwing a football & frisbee around. There is no microwave though so don't bother saving your restaurant leftovers.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home and we were able to accommodate your large group for the wedding and took advantage of the large space we love. The house does contain a microwave it is located in the Garage on the cabinets as to save counter space in the kitchen.

First off, Brandi is an amazing host!!! Very easy to communicate with. She responded very quickly to every question I submitted to her. And, was very accommodating to our needs! The property is in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. With easy access to all local attractions. I would definitely recommend this listing for your stay in Panama City!

The entire week was perfect, the house is lovely, comfortable and spacious. If I would suggest a thought for even more ease of use, possibly a hose so we could limit tracking of sand into your home and maybe a couple more chairs to sit out side.

Perfect for Families

This was a great house for our family. There was multiple TVs, two bathrooms, on site washer and dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, and towels galore. In the closet, there were kids games and toys that kept my kids busy for the entire downtime. The WiFi worked well and the Roku TV's had all kinds of available apps for the streaming apps. The location was near the heart of Lynn Haven and Panama City which made delivery services easily accessible! Any time I had questions, the host was very responsive. This was my first time using any sort of vacation rental service, and I will be the first to admit that my questions beforehand were a bit excessive. Not once did the host seem to be bothered by my questions or naivety for the whole process. I am extremely grateful for everything that this whole process had to offer.
