Welcome to the Gwaltney Historical House Cottage, a quaint and comfortable guest house located in the heart of Panama City’s historic district. Our cottage is just 300 feet from the serene and beautiful Saint Andrew’s Bay, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves, the sight of the birds, and the feel of the sand. You can also stroll over to Beck Street or St Andrew's Bay Park at the OAKS, where you can find charming shops, cafes, and restaurants.

We are located next to the bay and our cozy little town of St Andrews Bay, where locals walk along the pier, shop and window shop in our little town, a peaceful experience after coming back from the busy Gulf side. There is a park to walk your dogs or take the kids. Just a short drive to the Beaches and excitement.

Three massive 100-year-old OAKS adorn the property covered in Spanish Moss with Norman Rockwell vibes. Enjoy while you sit on the porch, the Beauty of our very own historic 9th Street and the most famous tropical gardens in Panama City right across the street. You won't find this beauty on any other street in Panama City,

Cozy, quaint, bay access just 50 yards away, claw foot tub, King bed, Queen fold-out, a comfy sofa, and recliners with full kitchen very welcoming. We have an outdoor shower in the summer and a pool. Lounge around in the front yard for people watching in our little town of St Andrew's where the locals ride their bikes, walk their dogs. Head to the farmers market at the end of 9th st for some good 'ol local flavor. We have fast WiFi, an assortment of channels Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Peacock, Discovery +, and more. Don't miss this one-of-a-kind historic district cottage.

Our cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. You’ll have your own private cottage seperate and away from the main home, parking space, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area. You’ll also have access to our lovely garden, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. We are pet-friendly as well.

We came during Mardis Gras festivities. Location was perfect, everything was close and walkable. Cottage is in a great neighborhood, beach just down street. We had our dog with us and dog park was close as well. Great stay!

What a cute cottage and a great location!

The cottage is very comfortable and relaxing. At the end of the block there is a beach with swings- which make the best place to enjoy your morning coffee! A perfect place

This cottage was the perfect place to stay for a quick visit with family. It is very cozy and comfortable, furnished with anything you might need. The location is fabulous, near the beach with great walks in both directions. Hosts are helpful and friendly. I’d love to go back in the future!

Sweet little cottage Paula. We didn’t tell you but our son and all our grandchildren were also there in PC staying at Pier Park. We spent most of our time visiting with them. They live in Ga. so we don’t get to see them very often. You and your husband were so sweet and congenial. You did everything to make our stay great. I just wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Great location!

This is a super cute cottage in a wonderful location. The bay is right around the corner and downtown St. Andrews is within walking distance, where you will find restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach is a short drive away. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. The cottage had everything we need. The owners do offer additional services at an additional charge such as dog walking and boat tours. Those are great additions and options for guests! We had to leave a night early due to unforseen circumstances, but we hope to return and book this cottage again.

We were in town to visit a friend. Didn’t mean to fall in love with this area. Bring your bikes, walking shoes. Don’t miss the sunset. Paula and Allan are super hosts. The cottage was clean and cozy. Bed and pillows (!) were super comfy. Kitchen well equipped—coffee! There was a pool available for the 90+ day. Don’t miss out on a trip to Shell Island (Allan has a pontoon!)
