We are located in west Panama City, away from the hustle and bustle and carnival-type atmosphere. Thomas's Donut shop is nearby, which is reason enough to stay here. White sandy beaches and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico surround this ultimate beachfront community. Panama City Beach offers an unlimited amount of activities for guests to enjoy. Pier Park has great shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. This property is a duplex with a shared backyard.

FamILY Time

This was a much needed moment with my siblings. We are all busy with jobs, children, and just life. This was the perfect get away. We enjoy sitting and hanging outside on the porch. It’s the perfect stay for a couple days or the weekend to reset.The communication with the property manager is excellent as well.

Perfect couples retreat

This beach cottage was the place for us to refresh. It is just a short walk from the beach and had many extras. Allowing our furbaby to vacation with us was very appreciated.

Great Location

It’s not fancy but the location was on point. I walked to the beach everyday. Only complaint I had was WiFi was spotty. Clean and responsive management.

Perfect Beach Cottage

This was the cutest old Florida style beach cottage with everything you could need or want for a simple relaxing vacation! The extras such as a handwritten welcome note, a snack and drink basket and tiny toiletries made it even more personal. It was comfortable, super clean and literally steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Two Week Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed how Beth the property mgr made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The property was less than 5 minutes from the beach, We stayed in Cottage #1 which gave us a perfect view the ocean as we sipped our morning coffee. Our puppies also enjoyed their stay as they had enclosed area to run and play.

Wonderful little cottage and great location!

My partner and I had a great time at Think Pink Cottages. Our little cottage was charming and clean and well appointed with everything we needed and even our dog was comfortable there! We especially loved the front patio area which had a view of the ocean and the close proximity to the beach and to Thomas's Donuts! And Beth, the property manager, was fantastic, very friendly and available. We strongly recommend this cute place and hope to come back ourselves sometime soon!

Perfect for a short family getaway!

We just spent 3 nights in Unit 3 of the Pink Cottages and had a wonderful time! The units are clean and our dog even had a little green space in the backyard to lay in the sun. The property manager, Donna, is great, and she was totally right when she said these cottages are special. We were in perfect walking distance of the beach, Thomas' donuts, and away from the chaos of Pier Park. We plan to be repeat visitors!

Perfect place for vacations

We loved the pink cottage! It’s squeaky clean. The place itself is cozy and has everything you need for a great vacation on the beach. The neighbor is really quiet which we appreciate . Is close enough to the pier and is walking distance to the beach and convenience store, which we loved. The cherry on the top was the pet friendly policy, my dog had a blast . Also, the host is amazing she solved every little question I had. For sure we will be back .

Pink Cottages

Absolutely loved this property!!! Great neighborhood and very close to the beach, Thomas’s Donuts, and small market with great selection for groceries and liquor. So many added touches of amenities making it a very homey and comfortable stay. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes and cookware all in excellent condition. So relaxing to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the view. By far cleanest rental we have stayed in. Totally met and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!!!

Location is great. You can hear ocean from the yard and it's clean and cute.

Just disappointed that the yard was not secure enough for our dogs. Also, our unit was changed last minute and we were told it was because the other unit (a little more preferable to to us) had water problems. We noticed when we arrived that there was a tenant there so not sure the real reason we were switched. The yard to the unit we were supposed to have was more secure. We had problems with water in the unit we ultimately ended up with. When our neighbor used her water our pressure went to a drip and one day the toilet did not work. It should be noted that these are duplex units and you share your yard with the neighbor and their dogs (assuming they have any). You also have a common wall. All-in-all, a hotel room would have worked just as well for us.

Very clean, great location with welcoming environment. Check in process was very easy. I never had to reach out to the host because they messaged me with all the info. I needed for our stay. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Laguna Beach

Perfect home away from home

I was extremely impressed with the thoughtful things here and there, like Olive oil, puzzles, first aid, ample dishes, etc. Adorable little home with a cozy nostalgic feel. The property manager, Beth, was super kind and helpful! I wish I'd known ahead of time that the laundry room is communal, but it proved not to be much of an issue. I was also disappointed to learn that the large backyard on the listing that I assumed would be shared, is only shared with certain rooms. While we did have yard space, it was minimal. Overall an amazing experience that our family thoroughly enjoyed!
