Gorgeous 2nd floor gulf front condo within walking distance to Pier Park and Top Golf! Dog friendly! (Small grass dog area on site on the right side of the building. Approx 70 lbs or less. Check dog fee box on VRBO.) 3/15-10/31 we will provide 2 lounge chairs & an umbrella on the beach for guests! Stunning kitchen features quartz countertops & island. Wonderful bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Memory foam sleeper sofa & fold down murphy bed. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing views from your balcony! Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1156050, 2381370) & a first floor unit (3262642).

Such a wonderful time we had on our much needed few days at the beach. I am so grateful for Jeff's condo being available to us - it was perfectly comfortable, and to be able to bring our senior furbabies truly made this a stress free few days. We are already looking at our calendar planning our next visit! Oh, and that Murphys bed, incredibly comfortable!

Great location, pet friendly, beautiful view, owner is very helpful and responsive. Everything you could want is friendly walking distance with sidewalks and light crosswalks. You really don’t need to drive once you get there.The main issue I had was the washer and dryer are not in the unit you have to go on the third floor and coin operated It was a little tight not very wide but doable for two adults and two small pups. The balcony is small and the ac unit blows hot air on you but we still enjoyed it.

On the smaller side but perfect for us!

The rental was very nice! Loved having our dog with us! My daughter absolutely loved the Murphy bed! We have no complaints with the condo. The only real negative would be the people that didn't clean up after their pets. But if you walk down to the right there are more places that are more appealing for your dog to potty. Overall it was a great trip!

We absolutely loved the location and proximity to the beach. The smaller condo building was exactly what we were looking for our whole family. The unit set up was well thought out and we felt like VIPs when we went to the beach and the chairs and umbrella aandumbrella set up waiting for us.

Great place

Just stayed here for 5 nights. Amazing ocean views. Great location within walking distance to Pier Park mall, with tons of restaurants and entertainment options. The condo has everything we could ask for, especially for the price. Great little dog area also. We'll be back.

The unit had it all. Location, view and cleanliness males this unit dollar for dollar the best value and quality stay we have had. We have been coming to Florida in February for several years now but i think we found the place we always want to come back to.

Nicely decorated and clean. Loved the option of pet friendly and being able to walk to different places. We enjoyed the ocean views and the beautiful sunsets. The downside is that we went during college spring break. Would not recommend staying during this time of year. During our stay there was loud karaoke until 12:00 am across street, heard a couple of domestic fights close to our unit, heavy bumper-to-bumper traffic starting around 6:00 pm, and was a gun shot incident at Pier Park. New fire alarm system was recently installed and went off 4 times which I'm sure will be worked out since it's new.

PERFECT WEEKEND GETAWAY

This was a perfect Thanksgiving weekend for us. We had seafood and turkey! The weather was fantastic so we got to hang out at the beach. This condo is perfect for 2 people. Thank you so much.

Awesome view!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony since the view was excellent. We could easily walk to get meals. Jeff was very accessible and helpful!

Best experience ever.

I don’t know if I can accurately describe how wonderful our stay was. Cute small condo stocked with everything needed. Very few steps from door to sand . Jeff ( owner ) is extremely helpful , very communicative and all and out hospitable. He truly made this years summer vacation one of our best . Looking forward to going back next year :)

Our expectations were exceeded

We absolutely loved our unit and that we could bring our dogs with us. It had more than everything we needed as well as being close to Pier Park. Jeff and Jill always returned our messages in a very timely matter and were very accommodating. We also appreciated having a very comfortable king size bed and the beach chairs with umbrella included. After vacationing with our time share in the panhandle for over 25 years we weren't quite sure if we would enjoy it as much but we liked it more. We can't say enough good things about our experience and highly recommend renting from any of their units there. Thank you so much for having us!!

Vacation 2022

I was very pleased with the room and facilities. However, the dog park was awful. The grass was over grown so my small dogs smelled like pee and poop after they went in there! Also, in the evening it was hard to find a parking spot because people from other businesses would use our parking lot and spaces are already limited. Otherwise it was a great experience!

Nice with a good location but small

The property itself was nicely updated and had cute beach themed decor. Was relatively clean besides some sandy floors. It is in a good location with walkability to many restaurants and activities. The bar across the street does a lot of loud karaoke, but it didn’t bother us much. Many people have dogs there. We happened to be next to people on both sides whose dogs barked quite a lot. We took our small dog and made sure he did not bark so as not to disturb anyone. Didn’t seem like others extended the same courtesy. The “dog park” is simply a small partially fenced in area where animals can use the bathroom. It is convenient to have on site, but not a “dog park” by any stretch. There is NO closet space only a small 3 drawer dresser. I’m not sure how you could accommodate more than 2 people because of the lack of storage space. There is also no place to sit and eat other than the couch since there are no chairs at the small island. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the ocean which you can’t beat. The hot tub was broken while we were there which was a huge disappointment. That was one of the draws of booking here since we stayed in November and the temperatures were only in the upper 60’s. All in all, this is a decent place to stay, but, I wouldn’t recommend having more than 2 people as there is just so little space and especially storage. Also, don’t plan on doing much cooking indoors since there is no place to sit and eat.

We asked to check in early which we were allowed, Jeff did a great job communicating! The freezer part was a bit dirty. The room and living room were really nice! The balcony view was great! Can’t beat the view from the ocean! It’s convenient to all the shopping places! Nice decor.

This condo is in a perfect location and is beautifully remodeled. It is located next to our other 3 units (VRBO 1156050, 2381370, 3262642) in the building if you have a larger group. We also own VRBO 780217 which is a 4 bedroom/4 bath townhome on the east end near Pineapple Willys.

What makes this property unique

We are in a perfect location within walking distance to everything you could need. It is a smaller complex so no parking ramps or elevators to wait for. Stunning views and a wonderful pool! Many dog friendly restaurants nearby including Shuckums and Diegos across the street. Less than 1/2 mile from the only dog beach in Panama City Beach. You can get from your car to the unit without touching any surfaces. No lobbies or elevators, and self check-in.
