Remodeled gulf front condo (2nd floor) within walking distance to Pier Park! Dog friendly! (Small grass dog area on site. Approx 70lbs or under. Check dog fee box on VRBO.) We provide 2 beach loungers & umbrella on the beach from 3/15-10/31. Stunning kitchen features granite countertops & tile blue backsplash. Bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower w/ rain shower head. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Sitting area has a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress & a 2nd Smart HDTV. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing gulf, pool, & sunset views from your balcony & living room. Walk to Pier Park, Top Golf, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1817520, 2381370) & a first floor unit (3262642).

Great Place

This place was great! The view from the balcony is priceless. Hosts checked in to make sure we didnt have any questions. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were great to have. Will definitely stay here if we go back to PCB.

The property was great!! The location was great and our property owner was great! Only complaint is the beautiful pool was like an ice bath it was freezing you definitely couldn’t go in. Would love to go back we really enjoyed it. Thanks to Jeff!!!

Jeff's place was perfect! The remodel was fantastic, modern and kept the beach house feel, we enjoyed the stay! Comfortable bed and nice linens and towels. Great Job Jeff!

Beautiful View

Perfect for 2 days. Beach right outside. Third floor with great view. Balcony small but fine for we wanted. Kitchen was nice but we didn't use since only there short time. Liked Shuckem's right across street. Had lunch. Sharky's right on the beach was fantastic, for our evening meal, was within walking distance as well. Room was nice but didn't come to stay in the room.prperty was obviously old but fixed up. Used washer and dryer. Quarters only. Some maintenance could be done to the wooden fence around the dumpster but didn't effect our stay. Would recommend this property.

Fabulous!

All hosts should be like Jeff. We originally rented this one bedroom condo but with extremely noisy construction next door we were ready to bug out! One message to Jeff was all it took. He immediately offered his own place further down the beach. Even though he himself was planning to be there. What a guy! When the construction next door is done Jeff's place will be superb. Great decorating. Very clean. Close to restaurants and shops. And the view is amazing! A short walk and you are on the beach. Definitely recommend.

Unit great. Property not so great.

Condo Unit was perfect. Property was lacking in a few areas. Pool is not lit so there is no swimming after dark. The steps leading into the pool are slanted and dangerous. One member of the group slipped and fell on these steps. Hot tub is off by itself so kind of out of sight out of mind. Dog park is only a small space for you to take your pets to relieve themselves on leash. It is not a park to allow your pet to run freely. Location to Pier Park is great. Beach area great.

PCB in June

Upon our (too early) arrival, as expected, we found the condo not quite ready. So we looked around, and felt a bit disappointed that the building was fairly old. But our first impression quickly changed once we saw the inside of the condo. It’s very cute and nicely decorated, with an absolutely amazing view. It’s also quite comfortable, and we felt very much at home. We can’t thank Jeff enough for providing a pet friendly condo so we could bring our toy poodle Rocky. We discovered Panama City Beach in general is the most pet friendly city we’ve ever visited!!! We enjoyed the (not so wild) party atmosphere at Shuckums across the street every evening, and we also appreciated the party ending at 10:00 PM!!! We only had one question, and it was regarding wash cloths 🤣. Jeff answered my email promptly, and took care of the situation right away. If you and your family are wash cloth people like we are, you might want to mention it when you make a reservation. Thank you so much Jeff, we had a great vacation!!!

The Ambassador: A Diamond in the Rough

Most won't read past the first few lines, so let me start with this. The trip was fantastic. The rental was perfect....in every way. If you are looking for a one bed condo rental at a complex with a pool on the beach, you're in luck. Look no further. The sugary white sands are but a few steps away. The pool is clean and the area well-kept. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch. The building is older and its a walkup, but that didn't bother us at all. The people are who make up the rest of this review. You are right across the street from a major hangout and the strip is always abuzz with traffic heading West. Loud speakers, good music, bad karaoke all collide in a cacophoy of excitement with a few dog barks in this dog-friendly complex. Steps away from good food and strong margaritas! Slip inside this condo and you can make out the sounds...turn the provided box fan on and they all disappear. We loved the energy! And the AC worked flawlessly. As did the rain shower! We talked to a few of our neighbors as well. Frequent visitors who wouldn't stay anywhere else. They were delightful and their dogs well-behaved. They made it feel like home away from home. Our hosts were excellent communicators and checked in on us often. The condo was lightly stocked with utensils and everything you need for a week or a weekend away...including an iron and ironing board. We are in our early 40s and we will stay here again. Next time, we are bringing the dogs and the kids!

Your search is over! This condo is perfection!

End, or never start, your search for a condo, house or hotel room on the beach in Panama City! :). You have found it! Until my sister found this WONDERFUL condo, we were frazzled from hours upon hours online in which we had discovered that all of the hotels on the beach in PCB are 2-3 star, at best, but charge as if they are 5 star plus reading reviews for hotels made our skin crawl! This condo IS all, and more, that we had been (you are) looking to find! Miraculously it was available for the one night that we wanted a room. It is ON THE BEACH, perfectly CLEAN, amazingly APPOINTED, gorgeously RENOVATED and the owners were exceptionally AVAILABLE and always LOVELY! (According to the 100's of reviews that we read, these aforementioned attributes are never found together....so if this condo is available for your dates, do not hesitate!) You have found your place! It is one-of-a-kind in all the very best ways! AND dogs are excepted! (The dog beach is at the pier straight down from Pier Park.) This condo is a studio, of sorts, but laid out PERFECTLY! There are 2! AC units! The pictures are EXACT! Everything is NEW! Even the fold-out bed is so very COMFORTABLE! The UNINTERRUPTED VIEW when you walk into the space as well as from the kitchen and den/2nd bed is of the waters of the Gulf & the beach! Some reviews mention the age of the building, and they are correct in that it is an older building but since some of the units have been transferred to condos while some remain (as of August 2018) hotel rooms there is front desk staff who were always very kind and accommodating to everyone on property no matter if you rented a hotel room or condo, there is a full-time property (pool, grounds, etc) keeper who swept and cleaned the pool, both to perfection, and maintained the grounds and worked tirelessly to keep the property clean and welcoming. The name of the building is The Ambassador. It has a unique old Florida design which is very appealing. The hallways do need a little paint but it is clean, has no ill smells and no issues due to age.

My wife Jill and I live in Wisconsin with our dogs (Oliver and Casper). We fell in love with PCB and purchased a 4 bdrm/4 bath townhome (VRBO #780217) and this 1 bedroom condo. We also own two units next to this one (1817520 , 2381370) and a first floor unit (3262642).

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo because the location is perfect! Just a short walk to Pier Park and Gulf World. Also, we love the beautiful pool and beach at this location.

What makes this property unique

We are in a perfect location within walking distance to everything you could need. It is a smaller complex so no parking ramps or elevators to wait for. Stunning views and a wonderful pool! Many dog friendly restaurants nearby including Shuckums and Diegos across the street. Less than 1/2 mile from the only dog beach in Panama City Beach. You can get from your car to the unit without touching any surfaces. No lobbies or elevators, and self check-in.
