Relax in the thoughtfully designed living area after a day at the beach or enjoy the privacy of the bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep. The unit also boasts a private yard, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation.

Parking: You can fit 2 cars in the driveway on the left side of the driveway. It is not recommended to park along the street here.

Guest Access:
This unit has it's own driveway and front door so you get your own private entryway. The backyard is also privately fenced so you truly get to experience your own private getaway.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is nestled in the heart of Panama City Beach. The closest beach access, Beach Access 13, is a short 11 minute walk from the front door. The home is also a short walk to Splash Bar Florida, Barracuda Beach Bar PCB, Buster's Beer and Bait (a few local dive bars) and Dollar General where you can get a variety of essentials you may have forgotten to pack! There is also Schooner's nearby, which is a great casual beach front restaurant option!

Getting Around:
PCB is extremely walkable, and many things you will need are within a short walking distance to the home!

For a more leisurely and scenic experience, bike rental options are readily available at B3ars' Bike Shop (6530 Thomas Drive), allowing you to pedal your way through the area's picturesque surroundings. Enjoy the best of both worlds, embracing the freedom to stroll or cycle at your pace, right by your doorstep.

Great for a relaxing getaway

This place was very clean, well decorated and in a great location. I enjoyed the privacy of the back yard and the convenience of walking to the beach access. Everything I enjoyed was really in walking distance of the house. I will recommend this place to my friends.

1000% Recommend!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house very neat and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Right off of Thomas Drive away from the chaos. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
