Very clean and nice pool view. Clear instructions. Good beach access. We were in PCB for a scuba dive trip. The location was very convenient with access to everything you need within short distance. Hope we can come again!

Great place!

Perfect place for my son and I attending a baseball tournament at the Publix Compkex. Great location, exceptionally clean and met all our needs perfectly!!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely condo. Had everything we could need and such a short and safe walk to the beach. Very clean and great location. We happened to come Memorial Day weekend (I didn’t realize it would be Memorial Day when I initially booked for my son’s senior trip) but it was still so nice and quiet. 10/10

Pleasant and exactly as advertised

Very pleasant stay all the information you need for check in and out Kathy sends you prior to your stay. Very pleasant place to stay with a laid back atmosphere. Great for families looking to stay in a quieter part of town. The condo was exceptionally clean. Everything worked properly. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be staying here again.

Loved our stay!

It was our first time staying at a smaller low rise condo and we enjoyed it so much. We were able to park right at the stairs and walk up to our room. It was perfect for our family while in town for a soccer tournament. It was bike week so it was a little loud being close to the road but not near as loud as it was on the west side of town. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome unit, we enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was amazing! The unit is beautiful and was very clean! Very easy to book, checking in and out was very simple. We actually like the fact that the balcony overlooks the pool, it was very convenient for us. It's close to the beach, no roads to cross for beach access, and plenty of showers. Overall, Sunswept Condominiums is less crowded and nicely located. We definitely plan on booking with Kathy again!

Good value in nice area of PCB.

Arrived to find the unit just as pictured and described. It was clean and had a kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was immaculate and quiet most of the time. The beach is a very short walk and if need be you can drive through the parking lot to lessen the walk. (the walk is not even two minutes). Very comfortable stay. The third floor walk up made it a bit challenging especially when moving in but well worth the effort for the value.

Perfect stay

The property was well kept, kitchen stocked with all the items you need to prepare meals if you're trying to not eat out everyday. The loft made a great space for my 16 year old. We were very happy with our stay and the short walk to the beach as well as the convenient location to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Kathy was quick to answer when I had an issue getting in right away(my own fault). Very small to do list before leaving. Best experience I've had with a vacation rental. Thank you!

I always enjoy staying here, the only issue was the living room furniture, I did report it to Chris in the management office. The couch was collapsing and two of our guest had to make other arrangements as the couch sleeper was unusable due to the mattress falling through.

We had everything that we needed! The place was beautiful and clean. I love the upstairs loft. It is like a separate bedroom. However, I would not plan on using the loft if you have any knee issues. The location was perfect!
