2Bd/2Ba condo in 16 unit condo building. 2nd floor unit for less noise, overlooking a newly renovated outdoor pool (complex November 2022). The unit is East if A1A, walk to South Beach with the supplied Beach cart. 1 block to 3 of Vero’s best restaurants. Enjoy relaxing in a brightly lit condo, with large Hurricane impact windows that diminish outdoor noise and overlook lush landscaping. Two full bathrooms, one master and one for guests. The kitchen is well appointed, stocked with All-Clad cookware, new Stainless Steel Appliances (Nov 2022) which haven’t been used yet. Owners plan to update the rest of the kitchen in 2023.

Stay close to the beach, in a neighborhood without lots of high rises.
