Your own space in the heart of East Nashville - the most diverse, eclectic and historic neighborhood in Nashville. The Carriage House apartment (with 750 Five Star Reviews on the other site) is above a detached garage with your own private entrance and parking space. Since it is above the garage, please note there is one flight of stairs and the garage is actively used for parking (noise is very minimal) but is separated from the living space by a locked door. The space can sleep up to 4 people when using the pullout couch bed. Place is very nice and well appointed. Super convenient location to get anywhere in the city. Owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. May not be your best option if you are planning to cook meals.

Perfect Location for a Nashville Visit

This property is in East Nashville. There is everything you need close by—Restaurants, markets, fuel and easy access to down town and roads to sites outside the city. It is walkable once there too. This is a relatively new ADU over a garage and is well appointed. It even has Laundry available down stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

As soon as walking into the place we were blown away of how homely it was. We felt comfortable and though some construction was behind us it didn't bother our sleep or peace. The location was perfect and found a lot of new spots that we will revisit our next trip.Can we live here?! Lol

The carriage house was everything promised. Very nice property in a good neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and a grocery store was very near, so I could pick up a few things and make breakfast daily. We enjoy lingering over breakfast and coffee so that was perfect.

Great space for a weekend getaway. So close to downtown. We loved the snacks that were provided and the toiletries; eye patches were unexpected but greatly appreciated. Also great to be able to do laundry. Check-in and check out were simple. Would definitely return for a visit.

Perfect spot for a quick overnight

My husband and I were looking for an overnight, not too far away. This was the perfect place to experience everything East Nashville has to offer! It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything! The carriage house was beautifully appointed and I slept Sooo well in the bed! Will be back!
